The time has come for lovers of team battles, where a teammate's game usually weighs more than one's own, because the result depends not only on yourself, but on the entire TEAM! In this tournament, there will be no "easy" games, and there will be a real opportunity
to beat any opponent you face, because all participants will be distributed into baskets according to HW rating, strength, and captain appointment. Welcome to the team tournament!
Everyone wishing to participate in the tournament must leave their ICQ and preferably Skype
REGULATIONS:
1. Game version SoD 3.2 (4.0) + HDmod (any stable version with password-protected saves) or by mutual agreement WT.
Turn time varies for each template and may be changed by mutual agreement.
2. All registered players will be divided into teams (from 3 to 5 people depending on registration) and competitions will take place between teams.
3.
Stage 1: group stage
- Colors for each game are in the tables.
- Group games are conducted as a double round-robin (each team plays every other team twice).
- The main criterion for advancing from the group is the number of points earned (3 points for a team win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss). If several teams earn the same number of points, additional indicators apply (in order of priority):
a) Head-to-head matches between teams.
b) Total number of wins.
c) Head-to-head matches between team captains.
d) Berger coefficient.
e) Total number of wins by players who chose the game template (marked in blue in the tables).
f) Additional match between team captains on a balance template M - 200%, 4 minutes.
g) Draw/Lottery.
The following advance to Stage 2: 8 teams: 2 teams from each group + 2 teams among those who take third place in the groups. Only one team among those in 3rd place will not advance.
2nd stage: Olympic system playoffs
- Games are played until 2 team wins; the loser leaves the tournament.
- In the final, teams play until 3 team wins.
- Addition for deciding playoff games:
At a score of 1-1 (or 2-2 in the final) only in deciding team games, players cross out templates (except for vetoed templates; in the final, all 13 Castles are crossed out until the last one remains). The player whose team is marked in blue in the playoff table starts crossing out templates and then starts as blue in the game. After each subjective restart - colors are swapped.
1.Balance:
- The player who crosses out the penultimate remaining template (leaving balance) chooses the balance size.
2.Mini-nostalgia, nostalgia:
- The player who crosses out the penultimate remaining template (leaving nostalgia or mini-nostalgia) chooses which one the game will be played on.
- If mini-nostalgia is chosen, castle selection is done in the standard way. The player who starts as blue in the first generation begins selecting.
GAME RULES:
1. The tournament is conducted according to the Rules for Organizing, Conducting and Participating in Tournaments. All changes adopted there will be adopted here as well.

3. VETO
Any player has the right to place a VETO on 1 template or one group of templates (from 1 to 13)!
That is, in a confrontation, your opponent, having the right to choose three templates, cannot include the template "banned" by you in the list of three! After the initial announcement of the VETO in this thread, it CANNOT be changed later.
In the final, the VETO right is exhausted!
4.When two teams meet (for example, a team consists of 3 people including the captain), players in them will be marked with colors according to the following analogy:
Example:
Team_1 vs Team_2
Captain vs Captain
Player 2 vs Player 2
Player 3 vs Player 3
5. The Red player chooses 3 templates (or groups of templates) from the 13 provided (except for the template vetoed by the opponent). The Blue player chooses one of these 3, which will determine the game and color. It is not allowed to choose 2 templates from the same group of templates!
In the tables, the color is ONLY for the first game; colors are swapped in the 2nd game
6. Selection of castles and heroes is random; choosing a starting bonus (artifact, resource, gold) is allowed.
7. Color in the same-bracket tables - for all generations! No color swap after each SUBJECTIVE restart.
8. In all matches, captains will play against captains, 2nd basket players against 2nd basket players, 3rd against 3rd, etc.
9. Any changes to the game rules are permitted by mutual agreement of the players, except for Fair Play rules.
10. In case of a disputed situation, at the moment it is discovered, one of the players MUST STOP continuing the game, save and provide the necessary saves for review by the appropriate authority! If the game was continued, the disputed case in that specific game is considered resolved and the result is not subject to review, even if rules are subsequently changed in favor of the loser.
TEAM FORMATION (Player Draft):
1. After registration ends, all tournament participants must send a list of captains to the organizer within 3 days; that is, they must choose from all participants (except themselves) those they consider worthy of captaincy. The number of captains will be announced, and they will form the 1st basket.
For example:
if 48 players registered, there will be 16 players in each of the three baskets. Sending the list of captains also serves as confirmation of participation in the tournament; those who do not send it will not participate in the draw.
2. After captains are determined, all remaining players will be seeded into the 2nd, 3rd, etc., baskets. The main seeding criterion will be the RATING on HeroesWorld (players with a small number of rated games who come from other resources will be evaluated individually).
3. Team recruitment (draw) will take place in the Skype conference chat - link to chat. (if someone does not have Skype, these captains will write via ICQ)
In order of turn, captains will choose one player from each basket for their future team.
4. The list of captains will be compiled based on the number of votes for captaincy in descending order.
- Captains absent from the draw will participate in team recruitment in automatic mode, meaning when it is their turn to choose a player, they will receive the highest-seeded remaining player from that basket.
5. Based on the list order, captains will choose one player from the 2nd basket for their team. When choosing from the 3rd basket, the selection order is reversed, meaning the one who chose first will be last. Further draws will depend on the number of participants.
6. After the draw, teams must come up with a name and emblem (coat of arms) during the transfer period. Names must not indicate affiliation with any internet resource. The name "besy2", if "besy" already exists, is not accepted.
7. Transfers. After team compositions are determined, there will be 3 days for player exchanges between teams. A transfer will only be possible with the mutual consent of the team captains. Captains cannot change teams. Each team will be allowed to exchange only one player within a single basket!
GAME AGREEMENT RULES:
1. No later than 7 days after the start of each round, players must contact their opponents and agree on a date and time to start the game between them.
- When postponing a match, agree on its resumption date.
2. If within 7 days players cannot agree on any game date or one player writes to the opponent but receives no answer, they must immediately notify the organizer and provide the message history for that specific game. Dates for games will be assigned.
3. If one of the players fails to appear for a game for which an agreement was reached without explaining the reasons, and subsequently the players cannot find a common time to start the game, a technical defeat for the absent player may be considered.
4. Players who are unable to finish their games within the allotted time must report the reasons in the forum thread or via private message to the organizer in as much detail as possible 24 hours before the deadline. Any means of notification must be found (including through other players). Failure to notify is considered a refusal to report (negligence, acting as an aggravating factor).
5. If at the end of the round's timeframe the game is on a save (at least one full game week from both opposing sides), the last chance to finish the game will be a set MANDATORY COMPLETION DATE (MCD) (or players may finish earlier), which the organizer will assign when distributing tournament stages. Failure to appear on the completion date will be considered a technical defeat regardless of the history of agreement problems, unless they previously led to an established technical result.
