We played over hotseat. Finished around 6 in the morning =)) We scuffled pretty quickly and off we went, immediately 2 external angel dwellings and 2 external horse dwellings. I take the horses with zero losses, no money troubles so far. Pandora's Box gives moner 5k, I took Earth Magic and Tactics. And here the brain fog sets in, or maybe the rum I drank is taking its toll =))) I figure it's time to take the first angel dwelling, I send in a level 0 hero with Tactics and 30 archers. Kostyan predicted a wipe, but somehow I crawled out of there, having lost absolutely everything =) It's day 116, I'm 10k short for angels, but scouting reveals as many as 6 beehives and a couple of nice Pandora's Boxes. With the marketplace, the angels are finally recruited on day 116, I immediately go for the Level 1 Consul - three angels total. On day 117, moner is at an external stable in the middle of nowhere, on day 121 I path to the castle and the road to ГО is 2 days away (black dragons + minotaurs). No Haste and Slow - no problem. Kostyan has already fallen asleep, I tell Romantik that this game supposedly decides the match between our teams, that Bubbach supposedly lost both of his games. Romantik is focused and sober =) Sadly, there will be no easy victory. I grab the artifacts, take way too long collecting them, while moner has been wasting a whole turn near ГО and decides before heading out to take a Dragon Utopia, since Roma is already deep in the center, and Archangels wouldn't hurt. In the end, on day 125, the Dragon Utopia gives Sentinel's Shield, Sword +3, and Blue Skull Cap, pretty nice already. I burst into the center, but there's no road to the castle, everything is bugged and re-bugged. I grab the library and path to the castle to replenish mana. The plan was to position myself near the no-road area and cast Dimension Door to the blue flags. On day 132, I do exactly that. I take the central castle and corner Goshhan. He has 30 Hydras and 14 Wyverns + 250 Skeletons. Stats are roughly equal, except for spells. I have Shield + Stone Skin, he casts Oil on me. In the end, he kills 3 of my Archangels, and Roma RAN AWAY. With a poker face, he says pass the turn, I have unrecruited troops. I almost felt sick, who knows how much longer we'd play and for what. I head to the kitchen, and then Roma, shouting that I'm a liar and a cheat who said Bubbach lost his game, admits his defeat. To my question about what his trump card was on the main, he said 2 unpicked Imp camps :D:D:D:D
PS/ Kostyan's phone automatically switched to winter time and he overslept for work =)
PPS/ We had a great time, too bad we don't have any more Tournaments.
