I strongly request (and recommend) that the organizer prohibit swaps. A swap is when a player is replaced by another player from a different team. If a forced replacement is necessary, then a player in the team should be replaced by someone from the list of substitutes! A clear example is the previous tournament in this series, where a swap took place that significantly affected the balance of power in Vitaly's (aka Gomunculus) team. I'm not sure if they would have won if it weren't for Yegor.

There was a transfer. If the captain of the other team doesn't object, I don't see any reason to prohibit the exchange. I don't think anyone wants to weaken themselves. Besides, the players will be divided into tiers, which already implies an approximate equality of strength. And Yegor played well, also because the captain worked with the team and trained his players. There is no need to be afraid of some dubious exchange of players from the same tier, even if he is a little stronger, no one is immune to defeats anyway :)
