It dealt Stronghold vs Castle, I had 2 native in the tavern, 12 orcs from the start

I run along the explored road to break through to the subway, the subway guard blocked the road leading further. Gunnar dove into the subway, I sent the scout hero further down the road. Saw a castle, first thought it was neutral, took a closer look — whoa, blue! Rushed toward it without even breaking the lower subway guard, hoping to reach it, but didn't make it. Well, ok, I dismiss my 2 scout heroes so the opp wouldn't level up on them for free.
112 I kill the blue scout, take a crypt, level up expert ballista, bring more orcs from the castle, on my turn the opp attacks with a mage, I thought magic arrows would start flying, but it turned out there wasn't even Haste there, and it would have helped I think.
