A long game on a poor generation with Dragon Utopia and no control on either side; I got lucky with Gunar and a TP scroll.

Pleasant start with stables near the castle, an external dwelling of minotaurs, and gloves at the respawn. Pulled out Gunar, who was very helpful without air control throughout the game. In the first week, I took my native computer's town and the home minotaurs in the citadel with a portal.
In the second week, I took one cons unit and the central village. Found a TP scroll and started building up the Mage Guild. Scouting the same swamp treasure zone.
By the third, contact occurred with the Opp in the central zone. The zone was key on the map since both were running without control.
On the 4th, I took 2 Dragon Utopia, one of which was behind a gate guardian. Absolutely useless (boots of levitation, magic resistance artifacts, etc.); only the shield was useful, which was missing for AOTD. Settled in the central zone, taking the village and controlling the Opp's movements.
Throughout the game, I was ahead in stats and army, but feared Sandro's special ability, not having strong combat spells myself. Therefore, I consciously tried to drag out the game hoping to find a crystal ball with AOTD assembled.
On the 5th, ran through another treasure zone; besides a small power-up, I gathered nothing. Took the towns from the Opp and computer.
The 6th turned out to be key: found an uncleaned treasure zone where there were 2 Dragon Utopia; one was slag by tradition, the second was a five with excellent stat artifacts: sword +12, armor +4+4, kettle and necklace +3 to all. And most importantly, in this treasure zone, I found the Cloak of Renunciation. Took the castle from the cast-computer, collected 2 cons at his respawn and upgraded archs. The next day the Opp appears within reach; I jump between castles, collect growth, and attack. Huge advantage in stats and army, GG after the first round.
