Dear future participants, before signing up for the tournament, we strongly request that you familiarize yourselves with the game agreement rules. Resolving disputes over how to handle difficulties in games where players often cannot play their match for various reasons—and determining fault is not always easy—has long been a headache, wasting much time and nerves of both the players and organizers. To solve these problems, an auto-resolution system for such disputes will be used in the tournament, and only the most complex cases not provided for by the system will be considered individually.

5. Save all game saves until the end of the tournament up to its closing.
6. Before starting each single game in the tournament, to avoid misunderstandings, do not hesitate to check the 1st post of the thread, i.e., this one, as there may be some changes and corrections.
Game Agreement Rules:
1.1.1 After the start of the assigned date for a round's game, players have 7 days, during which they must agree with their opponent on the date and time to start the game between them.
1.1.2 It is necessary to agree on a game for a specifically defined day at a specifically defined time. Also, in case of force majeure circumstances, it is mandatory to agree on a time for a second meeting (or completion of the match). Players are required to find out from each other which days and times they can play, describe time intervals, etc. Informativeness is encouraged.
1.2 If players do not contact each other and subsequently fail to play within the deadline, a draw will be held to eliminate one of the players.
1.3 If during 7 days one player writes to the opponent and the latter does not respond, the contacting player must report this to the lead.
1.4 If player A tried to agree with player B, and player B did not respond within 7 days from the start of the round, then player B will be required to play on one of three dates provided by player A, which the lead will announce(3 different days; if it is impossible to provide 3 dates, at least two must be specified, the time is also appointed by player A, and player A must specify a time when they can play continuously for at least 5 hours in a row!!!) If player B cannot attend on one of the 2-3 dates, then a technical defeat is awarded. If player A specifies only one date, then to gain access to the game on an additional completion date (if needed in case of postponement of the match) player B must attend and play for at least a week of game days, but the game time must be mutually agreed upon considering both interests. If no agreement on time can be reached, a draw is cast to determine which one of the pair of players advances to the next round.
1.5 After one of the players has specified their game dates and the lead has posted them in the tournament thread so that the "missing" player attends one of them, this "missing" player has exactly 3 days for a full response with game dates. If this does not follow - Technical defeat.
2.1 If one player can state their approximate time for games and the other cannot, then the first must name the time, and the second is obliged to adapt! If adaptation is impossible immediately during agreements - this must be reported to the lead and judges by providing a log of messages with the opponent. If the message about this arrives at the end of the game deadlines and the lead or judges have not found (for any reason) a solution, then a technical defeat is given to the adapting party.
2.2 If both players cannot state an exact time for the game in advance, they must specify reasons why it is impossible to agree on a specific time. These situations are considered individually, but those who do not contact the leads (judges) are considered the passive party of the competing players, which will be taken into account when making a decision.
2.3 In case players or one of the players do not know how to proceed or how to find time for the game (considering interpersonal communication), they must contact the tournament leads or judges by providing the full log of messages during agreements. A game date will be appointed based on these. The interpretation of messages by the leads (judges) will be the only correct one. Disagreement can only be contested by bringing the proceedings to the Appeals Commission (AC).
2.4.1 Players who fail to finish their games within the allotted time must report the reasons in the forum thread or via private message to the lead in as detailed a manner as possible 24 hours before the deadlines expire. Any means of notification must be found (including through other players).
2.4.2 Failure to notify is viewed as a refusal to report this (negligent attitude, as an aggravating factor). A technical result is issued.
2.4.3 If at the time of the round deadlines expiration the game is on a save (at least one full game week from both competing sides), then the last chance to finish the game will be a set MANDATORY completion date (or players may finish earlier), which the lead will appoint when distributing tournament stages. Failure to appear on the completion date will be considered a technical defeat regardless of the history of agreement problems, unless they previously led to a set technical result.
2.4.4 The established mandatory completion date comes into force if players have a save with a minimum threshold of played game days - one week (7 game days)

2. Formatting reports:
You must format reports strictly in the specified form! This is necessary for automatic counting of games and their inclusion in the rating:
Game date. Winner (color, castle, starting hero, main hero) def Loser (color, castle, starting hero, main hero), template, game time.
For example,
01.01.2013 Player1 (red, dungeon, Shakti, Shakti) def Player2 (blue, inferno, Pyrrhia, Marius) 2SM4d(3) 136
3. Regulations:
Double Elimination:
After the draw, a participant bracket is formed. After the 1st round, those who lose in this bracket form a second play-off bracket. Subsequently, whoever loses in the 1st bracket enters the 2nd bracket; whoever loses in the 2nd bracket is eliminated from the tournament.
We continue to support the no avtosave system - be reasonable and weigh risk against opportunity. Accept a loss on neutrals as a defeat and do not look for someone to blame. Dear players, please do not ask for or give autosaves! Find the courage to admit an unfortunate defeat.
4. Deadlines:
Draw and tournament start April 11, 2013. Time per round 2 weeks (14 days).
Mandatory completion date in each round - at 18.00 (Moscow time) The opponent is waited for 2 hours
5. Other:
- Disputed issues between players are resolved by the leads; disputed issues of players with the leads are resolved by AC.
- Information on the progress of the tournament will be updated approximately once a week, depending on opportunities and frequency of games - more regularly.
