19.06.2013 R55Max (red, Swamp, Tazar) lose Mizrael (blue, Dungeon, Shakti) Jebus Cross, 127
We chose all restarts, the spawn was terrible. In one direction there was a block consisting of a prison facing backwards, and the guard on the other side of the road; bypassing it, another block appeared almost immediately, which couldn't be taken on week 1 with 10-19 creatures (it was close to the max). Went the other way, found an external dwelling of Hydras and 2 Beholders. Took them on week 1, and the Hydras without Beholders stood in the castle with a resource trade. At the respawn I found maybe 2 wood and one Griffin Conservatory towards the end of the game. Going to the center was pointless because when I approached the GO on maybe day 123 (Black Dragons or Efreet Sultans, take your pick :)) on the other side stood the blue player's scout, and breaking through the GO with heavy losses was unlikely to be competitive (I was right, because the opponent was given a 5th-level Speed Artifact along the path to their own GO behind a laughably weak guard). All that remained was to hope for a miracle in the form of magic from Pandora's Boxes (there were 2 more) and 2 native Dragon Utopias (they were far away and extremely poorly positioned, especially the one I decided to take first by going around the mountains). Tazar didn't get Logistics as usual no matter what, moved slowly, got gold and experience from the Pandora's Boxes, junk from the first Dragon Utopia. I wanted to go to the second Dragon Utopia on day 131, but Shakti breaks through the GO and with an unusually long move reaches Tazar sitting on a Serpent Fly.
Thanks for the game
Confirmed. Two external dragon dwellings at the respawn and a 5th-level Speed Artifact helped break through the GO and eat well in the center. On day 127 I decided to conduct a combat reconnaissance with Town Portal in my pocket, and it turned out I reached the opponent's castle, and Tazar was even camping there. Thanks for the game.
