I confirm.
I lost playing as the main hero. On the respawn, I also had 3 horsemen, just like my opponent, which I picked up on the first week. He also had a Dungeon.
On week 121, I took a Utopia from myself; there was only one artifact with +5 to all magic skills.
I had 30 knowledge points and ran to the Conflux. I didn't even get the basic Earth skill.
Conflux Dread Knights - they fell easily, but the double Conflux spawned 36 giants with 6 titans. They killed almost all my vivs and horsemen. In the center, I took a Utopia and a +6 all skills helmet, chased my opponent around, and then won without a chance. In the center, there were 6 more Utopias and not a single tree of life.
