Perhaps it's also worth holding a contest for the Best Map of 2012?
The thing is, for some reason, no such contest was held in 2012. That year was skipped.
However, many interesting maps and scenarios were released in 2012; it would be a pity if they all faded into oblivion

I have one more suggestion: how do you feel about including a clause in the contest regulations regarding voluntary financial gratitude from forum participants toward maps they liked? The idea is that if a particular map, scenario, or campaign is enjoyed, it will be possible to thank the map author for their work. Financial gratitude would take the form of a voluntary donation of funds to the map author's card (account). In this case, the map author will provide the account details themselves. The forum administration will not be involved in the donations in any way. This is about voluntary gratitude.

As is known, creating a map takes time, which most people simply do not have. Everyone is immersed in work and a heap of everyday problems. Of course, time to create maps can be found, but for that, a reason in the form of motivation is needed. Otherwise, people will have neither the time nor any particular desire to engage in this. This innovation will help motivate mapmakers and, overall, increase the popularity of the game itself.

For objectivity, so as not to miss a single map, I have made a list of all maps that launch and do not glitch. This will make the contest fair, as all maps created between 2017 and 2019 will be taken into account, and no mapmaker will be forgotten. Additionally, next to each map, it will be possible to specify the bank account (details) of the author who made it. Provided that these details are sent by the map author(s) themselves. Any forum participant may, if they wish, thank the map author with a donation.
Considering that the contest covers 3 years at once (2017, 18, 19), perhaps it's worth putting not 1, but 3 maps up for voting?
