3) insufficient clothing, shoes, food, vitamins;
4) did not get vaccinations (that is, people will be forced to get vaccinations this way);
5) a disabled person in the family;
6) 2 or more children in the family.
This is all that is already being implemented now.

On the one hand, the country's demographic program is being implemented, and on the other hand – children who are born are placed under control, and society is targeted and convinced that these children should be moved to places other than the family.
