Disable your antivirus and firewall. Then open the Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs, and uninstall Ubisoft Game Launcher. If you have Nod32 antivirus installed, a complete removal of it may help. Update 1.1.1 will help you. If it didn't download automatically, you can download it here.
