New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?

What are you talking about? When it comes to newcomers, it's hard to get a word in edgewise!
Here's a suggestion. Maybe we should create our own lists of moderators/coordinators. Choose forum members who will actually fulfill their duties. And then submit the list to the Creator for approval?
This is the kind of spam that our forum needs to be saved from! I have the impression that newcomers only try to quickly increase their rating... And they do it in a rather strange way. They write in all topics, but it would be good if they wrote something relevant, something worth reading, instead of just writing whatever comes to their mind... it's just spam! I won't repeat myself; everyone knows what I'm talking about and who I'm talking about... although there are still candidates for the title of the best spammer! Moderators need to monitor their work better, although I understand that it's summer now and many are on vacation! But still, only a few are working! And everyone knows who they are (I won't name names) - the staff needs to be reviewed, and those who don't work or haven't appeared on the forum for a long time should be removed... And give authority to other people. But there should be 2-3 moderators who actually work for each Heroes section, because it's also difficult for one person to handle it.
We will look for people who really want to do it! And that's the most important thing.

I agree with ZYbr. Uninformative posts aren't always a bad thing, and there's nothing wrong with a newbie gaining reputation. For example, a topic: "Which unit do you like in the Human castle?" A person writes: "I like the crossbowman because he shoots twice." This is an uninformative post, but should it be deleted if it fully justifies the topic's title? Not everyone will describe: "I like the crossbowman because this unit has always helped me, it shoots twice and many times with its ability saved key battles for me when it was vital or simply necessary, therefore I choose only it and will not vote for anyone else."
My point is, many topics don't require an extensive answer. "Which unit in the castle...", "Which hero...", "Which spells...". When a newbie registers on the forum and starts posting in such topics, getting acquainted with the forum and gaining posts, there's nothing wrong with that. Of course, blatant violations should be punished.

2Lu4ik +1 But why is that? The average user has no way to "hold" a representative of the administration accountable for their actions; they do what they do, and that's it. But if you think about it, this is a violation of point 1 of the portal's rules.
