How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

If you have to choose a moderator, it should be someone who is truly a worthy person. They should write грамотно and be reasonable, not approach every post with the same шаблон. I don't know what principle was used to choose (appoint) moderators up to now, but I would replace many of them with others. For them, it was just a form of entertainment, like "I'm a moderator, and I have some power."
