To save the heroic theme, three things are needed:
1. Make forum members interested in tournaments; otherwise, look at the ratio between those participating in tournaments (even if only a few times a year) and their involvement in the rest of the forum, and all questions will be answered.
2. Organize master classes.
3. Suppress uninformative and repetitive posts; only then will some people have to ban themselves.
This is the kind of spam that our forum needs to be saved from! I have the impression that newcomers only try to quickly increase their rating... And they do it in a rather strange way. They write in all topics, but it would be good if they wrote something relevant, something worth reading, instead of just writing whatever comes to their mind... it's just spam! I won't repeat myself; everyone knows what I'm talking about and who I'm talking about... although there are still candidates for the title of the best spammer! Moderators need to monitor their work better, although I understand that it's summer now and many are on vacation! But still, only a few are working! And everyone knows who they are (I won't name names) - the staff needs to be reviewed, and those who don't work or haven't appeared on the forum for a long time should be removed... And give authority to other people. But there should be 2-3 moderators who actually work for each Heroes section, because it's also difficult for one person to handle it.
2Lu4ik +1 And why is that? An ordinary user has no way to "hold accountable" a representative of the administration for their actions; they do as they please. And this, if you think about it, is a violation of point 1 of the portal rules.
We will look for people who really want to do it! And that's the most important thing.
Exactly. But you need to look for those who WILL do it. Because among those who "want" to, there are too many who just like to be in charge and satisfy their ego.
