How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

Flooding in the Heroes section is a prime example, as seen in AZtek's posts. Half of them are just "I think so" or "Have you even played the game?". That's what flooding in the Heroes sections is like, and it needs to be stopped. But I don't have the authority to do so :(.
