New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
Conqueror: if a hero is within 2 moves of an enemy town, they receive a +1 bonus to speed and +1 to attack for every 4 levels.
Revenge Series (if it fits, it should definitely be renamed; this is just the first thing that came to mind and is essentially off-topic): after defeating an army that included sworn enemies, the army receives a +1 damage bonus.
Are you planning to give this special ability to everyone? What does everyone have to do with it? ;)
This doesn't apply to all heroes; it refers to players, as each individual decides whether or not to utilize logistics, and it can be developed in different ways depending on how and who is playing. There's also an issue with the terrain, as a hero travels slightly further on their home territory, if you haven't noticed.
So what's wrong with logistics boosting special units? It even makes things more interesting. The city will be enemy territory, meaning the chance of it being your own territory is lower.
Just in case, you can find the maximum amount of MP like this:
GetHeroStat(heroname, 9)
Otherwise, in Lilith's script, 2500 was being subtracted without taking anything into account. :o

Here's the idea...
But it turns out to be a rather dubious combination.
I would like to see a Warlock with mirror magic (like the Djinn for Mages). But to make it original, you could add this feature:
An enemy spell that deals damage can be reflected with a certain probability to any of their units. At the same time, the element will change to the opposite.
For example, the enemy casts Ice Bolt. When it is reflected, it turns into a fireball and hits their units.
Can't be done.
The third option:
Friendship with Death.
When less than 10% of creatures remain on the battlefield, they gain the "ethereal" ability.
(or receive some free spell, independent of the hero's skill in the Light magic school)
The second option.
A specialist in mines.
When capturing mines, the hero immediately receives a week's worth of mine output.

(or they receive some free spell, not dependent on the hero's skill in the School of Light magic)
And one more question:
Did Iris (the Griffin Queen for the Order) specifically receive Dark magic at the beginning? Did she have it before?
