Conqueror: if a hero is within 2 moves of an enemy town, they receive a +1 bonus to speed and +1 to attack for every 4 levels. Revenge Series (if it fits, it should definitely be renamed; this is just the first thing that came to mind and is essentially off-topic): after defeating an army that included sworn enemies, the army receives a +1 damage bonus.
The first special ability needs to have its bonus changed because it's too similar to Kuber, and it's even more overpowered.
The second one can't be implemented.
