NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Are you planning to give this special ability to everyone? What does everyone have to do with it? ;)

This doesn't apply to all heroes; it refers to players, as each person decides whether or not to use logistics, and it can be developed in different ways depending on how and who is playing. There's also an issue with the terrain, as a hero travels slightly further on their home territory, if you haven't noticed.
