There are several counterarguments:)
1) Antimagic is a debatable ability, as against neutral creatures, it will bring minimal benefit, so it is not always worth investing in, and there is no guarantee that you will get what you need. However, against a Warlock, the choice is obvious because a Warlock without Chaos looks, to put it mildly, not very good...
2) Yes, teleport is a nasty thing. But what guarantee is there that the Orcs won't attack the Hydras with their entire horde and crush them? In reality, of course, it's not that simple, but the initial Fury reserve will not allow the Orcs to suffer significant losses, while the Warlock loses a turn, which he could have used to cast a spell on one of the key Orc units (losses will also be small, but the Fury will decrease significantly). And in my opinion, the goal of an Orc fighting against a Warlock should be to defeat the opponent as quickly as possible, so that he uses the minimum number of spells; teleporting Hydras speeds up the process. In my opinion, they should be the Warlock's last line of defense, and teleporting against Orcs is not the best strategy...
3) There is nothing to say here; everything will depend on the circumstances. Perhaps it will not be beneficial for the Pao-kai to eat corpses, but it will be more profitable to attack, or the Warlock may not have the opportunity and/or desire to protect his corpses; it all depends on the map.
4) Yes, the Tower is famous for its creatures, which are very resilient and strong, but the growth rate is small, so they are often comparable in overall effectiveness to similar creatures from other cities, and Orcs are no exception. Yes, Goblins do not even claim to be one of the best, but rather one of the worst first-level creatures; well, what can you do, every family has its black sheep. Of course, you can provide a table comparing the stats of all creatures and their abilities, but in my opinion, this is a pointless exercise. It can only confirm that the balance is alive and well, but everyone already knows that. We should also not forget about the Orcish Fury, which absorbs up to 70% of the damage, partially compensating for the low HP, and provides significant bonuses as the level increases.
