Orcs – discussion about the race.

Regarding goblins, I'm not sure; the most they could do was duplicate the Chaos Magic spell on themselves. And one summon against orcs won't work because they might get bad spells (in my opinion). And, in fact, against Chaos, an orc will develop anti-chaos skills... And the troops, i.e., will be left without the hero's support, and in close combat, they are nothing against orcs under the Rage skill.
