Orcs – discussion about the race.

If you mean the elemental chains, they are not always arranged as needed (although if they are, +40% damage is great). To defeat Hydras, one strong attack from Cyclops is enough, and the damage from the counterattack will be small. No, Hydras are a great defensive unit; I use them with Minotaurs to guard my archers. As for the number, how is it not a simple matter? After all, if a Warlock has dwellings for creatures of the first three levels, then his opponent also has them, right? And that can be even worse. And gathering troops and diplomacy – since when do Dark Elves develop leadership? There is indeed a hero with leadership from the start, but his specialization leaves much to be desired. And in my opinion, Warlocks have the most difficult time fighting against Orcs. If I'm on Veteran difficulty and fighting Orcs, it's difficult (and that's even when the computer isn't developing anti-chaos on the main hero!). But with Dark Elf Orcs, I can win without any problems, even without any anti-chaos. And this is despite my considerable experience playing as Dark Elves and very little experience playing as Orcs.
