Don't forget about the goblin shamans; they can also make life difficult for a warlock. ;)
Against an orc, in my opinion, it's best to level up Summoning. Or Chaos along with Summoning. An orc won't go for two Anti-Magic spells, it's too costly for him. So, it really depends on how you develop your skills.
