Still unclear. For example, Erika read 3 volumes of elemental lore, but only learned 5 spells. "Events" (reading the volumes) occurred, locations (the Guild of Wonders) were visited, and time (10 hours each) was spent. Does this mean she now knows all the fire, water, and air spells?

In Erika's situation, all basic spells will be learned during the skip; I'll decide about the rest when I adapt the spellbook. The characters from the prologue will likely be slightly "stronger" than the new ones.

The guidebook, gourmand's diary, and some other items now only hold RP value.

Diaries should at least keep the remaining ("novice") bonuses. Otherwise, the whole point of these restaurants, libraries, and buying any "printed goods" in general disappears. And the guidebook is unclear too: if it's not needed, where will the records of locations known only to the character be now?

Erika's amusing entries level up her diary and grant 100 XP and 1 point of intelligence.
