In the game, the background on the hero icon is transparent. I made the icon myself, and the background is either white or black. How do I make it transparent? I don't quite understand. RLE?
Usually, in Photoshop: Yandex will help
and then reformat the PNG to TGA, and then to DDS. I usually do it this way (when the process reaches TGA, I open it in Paint and make corrections so that there are no extra pixels in the background).
