Trading empire

It would be good to display a message at the beginning of the game about the access level to Utopia, and it's also unclear how the trading skill works – what does it depend on?

Also, I found a bug – after a deal in the Factory, fewer resources started coming in than before the deal. :)

What other bug? There are no bugs there; I thoroughly tested the system. The trading skill increases after each successfully completed deal. The higher the skill, the less of your native resource is taken, and the more of the other resources you receive.

P.S. If the deal failed (for example, you made a deal and spent the required amount of resources the next day), the trading skill decreases instead.
