One for All and All for One - 3

A new team marathon begins! No one knows who will be on their team, no one can win the tournament alone, but everyone will have to put in maximum effort to help each other achieve a common goal - victory! To battle, friends!

Anyone wishing to participate in the tournament must leave their icq and preferably skype

REGULATIONS:

1. Game version SoD 3.2 (4.0) + HDmod (any stable version with password-protected saves) or by mutual agreement WT.
Turn time varies for each template and may be changed by mutual agreement.

2. All registered players will be divided into teams (from 3 to 5 people depending on registration) and competitions will take place between teams.

3.
1st stage: group

- The tables show the color for each game.
- Games in groups are conducted using a round-robin system in 2 rounds (each team plays every other team twice).
- The main criterion for advancing from the group is the number of points earned (3 points for a team win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss). If several teams earn an equal number of points, additional indicators come into play (in order of priority):

a) Head-to-head matches between teams.
b) Total number of wins.
c) Head-to-head matches between team captains.
d) Berger coefficient.
e) Total number of wins by players who chose the game template (marked in blue in the tables).
f) Additional match between team captains on a balance M - 200% template, 4 minutes.
g) Draw/Lottery.

2 teams from each group advance to the 2nd stage.

2nd stage: Olympic system playoffs

- Games are played until 2 team wins; the loser leaves the tournament.

- In the final, teams play until 3 team wins.

- Addition for deciding playoff games:

With a score of 1-1 (or 2-2 in the final) only in deciding team games, players cross out templates (except for templates under veto; in the final, all 13 templates are crossed out until the last one remains). The player whose team is marked in blue in the playoff table starts crossing out templates and, after crossing, also starts as blue in the game. After each subjective restart - change of colors.

1.Balance:
- The player who crosses out the penultimate remaining template (leaving balance) chooses the balance size.

2. Mini-nostalgia, nostalgia:
- The player who crosses out the penultimate remaining template (leaving nostalgia or mini-nostalgia) chooses which of them the game will be played on.

- If mini-nostalgia is chosen, castles are selected in the standard way. The player who starts as blue in the first generation begins the selection.

GAME RULES:

1. The tournament is conducted according to the Rules for Organizing, Conducting and Participating in Tournaments. All changes adopted there will be adopted here as well.

3. VETO

Any player has the right to place a VETO on 1 template or one group of templates (from 1 to 13)!
That is, in a confrontation, your opponent, having the right to choose three templates, cannot include the template "banned" by you in the list of three! After the initial announcement of the VETO in this thread, it CANNOT be changed later.
In the final, the same VETO right is exhausted!

4. When two teams meet (for example, a team consists of 3 people including the captain), players in them will be marked with colors by the following analogy:

Example:
Team_1 vs Team_2
Captain vs Captain
Player 2 vs Player 2
Player 3 vs Player 3

5. The Red player chooses 3 out of the 13 provided templates (template groups) (except for the template on which the opponent placed a VETO). The Blue player chooses one from these 3, which will be used for the game and color. It is not allowed to choose 2 templates from one group of templates!
In the tables, the color is ONLY for the first game; in the 2nd game, colors are swapped

6. Selection of castles and heroes is random; choosing a starting bonus (artifact, resource, gold) is allowed.

7. Color in the draw tables - for all generations! No change of colors after each SUBJECTIVE restart.

8. In all matches, captains will play against captains, players from the 2nd basket against players from the 2nd basket, 3rd against 3rd, and so on.

9. Any changes to the game rules are allowed by mutual agreement of the players, except for Fair Play rules.

10. In case of a disputed situation, at the moment it is discovered, one of the players MUST STOP continuing the game, save and provide the necessary saves for review by the appropriate authority! If the game was continued, the disputed case in that specific game is considered resolved and the result of the game is not subject to review, even if rules are subsequently changed in favor of the loser.

TEAM FORMATION (Player Draft):

1. Upon completion of registration, all tournament participants must send a list of captains to Roger DAltavilla or me within 3 days; i.e., they must choose from all participants (except themselves) those they consider worthy of captaincy. The number of captains will be announced, and they will form the 1st basket.

For example:
if 48 players registered, there will be 16 players in three baskets. Sending the list of captains also serves as confirmation of participation in the tournament; those who do not send it will not participate in the draw.

2. After determining the captains, all remaining players will be seeded into the 2nd, 3rd, etc., baskets. The main criterion for seeding will be the RATING on HeroesWorld (players with a small number of rated games who come from other resources will be evaluated individually).

3. Team selection (draw) will take place in the skype conference chat - link to chat. (if someone does not have skype, these captains will write via icq)
In order of turn, captains will choose one player from each basket for their future team.

4. The list of captains will be compiled by the number of votes for captaincy in descending order.

- Captains absent from the draw will participate in team selection in automatic mode, i.e., when it is their turn to choose a player, they will receive the highest-seeded remaining player from that basket.

- Captains who cannot attend the draw may write their priority for choosing players for their team for each basket. When it is this captain's turn, the player at the top of their priority list among those not yet chosen by previous captains will join their team.

5. Based on the order of the list, captains will choose one player from the 2nd basket. When choosing from the 3rd basket, the order of selection is reversed, i.e., the one who chose first will be last. Further draws will depend on the number of participants.

6. After the draw, teams must come up with a name and emblem (coat of arms), as well as a motto during the transfer period. Names must not contain affiliation with any internet resource. The name "besy2", if "besy" already exists, is not accepted.

7. Transfers. After determining team compositions, there will be 3 days for player exchanges between teams. A transfer will only be possible with the mutual consent of the team captains. Captains cannot change teams. Each team will be allowed to exchange only one player within a single basket!

RULES FOR GAME AGREEMENTS in playoffs:

1. No later than 7 days after the start of each round, players are required to contact their opponents and agree on a date and time for starting the game between them.
- When postponing a match, agree on its resumption date.

2. If within 7 days players cannot agree on any game date or one player writes to the opponent but receives no answer, they must immediately notify the organizer and provide the message history for that specific game. Dates for games will be assigned.

3. If one of the players fails to appear for a game for which an agreement was reached without explaining the reasons, and subsequently the players do not find a common time to start the game, a technical defeat for the absent player may be considered.

4. Players who cannot finish their games within the allotted time must report the reasons in the forum thread or to the organizer via PM in as much detail as possible 24 hours before the deadline. Any means of notification must be used (including through other players). Failure to notify is considered a refusal to report this (negligent attitude, as an aggravating factor).

5. If at the end of the round's timeframe the game is on a save (at least one full game week from both opposing sides), the last chance to finish the game will be a set MANDATORY COMPLETION DATE (MCD) (or players may finish earlier), which the organizer will assign when distributing tournament stages. Failure to appear on the completion date will be considered a technical defeat regardless of the history of agreement problems, unless they previously led to an established technical result.

6. In the final game, all disputed cases, appeals to the org, and requests to set an MCD are submitted ONLY by the team captain.

1.The Balance template:
- The player who eliminates the penultimate template, leaving the balance template to play on, sets its size.

2. Mini-nostalgia or Nostalgia template:

3. VETO

Each player has the right to put a VETO on one template or a group of templates from the template list!
This means that the opponent cannot offer the banned template to this player as one of the three templates to play on. The VETO cannot be changed later!
There is no VETO in the final game!

4.The players of opposing teams (when each team consists of three players including the captain) are marked as follows:

For example:
Team_1 vs Team_2
The captain vs The captain
Player 2 vs Player 2
Player 3 vs Player 3

5. The red player chooses 3 templates (or groups of templates) from the template list, except for VETO templates. The blue player chooses one of these 3 templates to play on, and the color. It is forbidden to choose two templates from the same template group!
The table shows colors for the first game ONLY; in the second game, players change colors.

6. Castles and heroes are assigned randomly; it is allowed to take a start bonus (artifact, resource, gold).

7. The color on the table is used for all map generations! There is no color-changing after SUBJECTIVE restarts.

8. Captains play against captains, players of the second basket play against players of the second basket, and players of the third basket play only against players of the third basket, etc.

9. It is possible to change rules by agreement; the Fair Play rule is unchangeable.

10. When a dispute exists, at the moment it is revealed, one of the players MUST STOP the game, save it and send the saved game to the administration! In case the game continues, the dispute for this game is considered resolved and the result will not be changed, even if rules are later changed in favor of the loser.

Team Building (Player Draft):

1. After the list is made, all tournament participants must send a list of captains to Roger DAltavilla and R55Max within 3 days. In other words, they must choose among the participants (besides themselves) those who, in their opinion, deserve to be captain. All captains form the 1st basket.

For example:
if 48 participants register, they will be divided into 3 baskets of 16 players each. Sending the captains list also serves as confirmation of participation in the tournament. Those who ignore this voting leave the tournament.

2. After captain appointment, the rest of the players will be divided into 2nd and 3rd baskets according to their rating at HeroesWorld. (Players with a low number of rated games or those from other game resources will be estimated individually).

3. Team-building or drawing takes place in the Skype conference. - Here is a link to the chat. (If anyone doesn’t have Skype, they will be informed by the captain via ICQ). Captains will take turns selecting one player from every basket for their future team.

4. The list of captains will be made according to the number of votes for captaincy in descending order.

- Captains who miss the draw will participate in team-building in automatic mode; that is, when it is their turn to choose a player, they get the player with the highest rating among the remaining players in the basket.

- Captains who miss the draw can provide a list of preferred players from each basket.

5. According to this order, captains will take players from the 2nd basket for their team. Selection from the 3rd basket works in reverse order; that is, whoever chose first chooses last this time. The other draw will depend on the total number of players.

6. After finishing the draw, during the transfer period, teams must invent a name and emblem. Team names must not contain information about any Internet resources. If one team is named, for example, ”The Imps”, it is forbidden for other teams to be named ”The Imps-2”.

7. Transfers. After the team-building process is finished, there are 3 days to make transfers or player changes between teams. A transfer is available only when both captains agree. Captains themselves cannot leave their teams. Each team can make only one transfer (in other words, only one player of the team can be changed or transferred; same-basket players must be exchanged)!

Rules for Game Agreements (Play-off stage):

1. Not later than 7 days from the start of each tour, players must find their opponents and agree on the date and time to start games between themselves.
- If a game is requested, players should determine a renewal date.

2. If 7 days pass and players haven’t agreed on a game date, or one player doesn’t get an answer from the opponent, it is necessary to write to the organizer as soon as possible and provide the message history regarding that specific game. After that, the organizer determines the dates for such games.

3. If one of the players fails to play a determined game without explaining the reasons, and the players cannot determine a new date, the player who failed to play may receive a technical loss.

4. Players who do not have time to finish their games before the deadline should explain the reasons in the forum topic or send a private message to the organizer with as detailed an explanation as possible the day before the deadline. Every effort must be made to provide warning (help from other players is also possible). Absence of warning is considered a refusal and viewed as neglect of duty or a precipitating cause.

5. If at the time of the deadline there is a game save (minimum one full game week played by both opponents), then the last chance to play it is the Obligatory Date of Finishing (ODoF) (or opponents can finish earlier). Failure to appear on the Obligatory Date of Finishing leads to a technical loss regardless of previous problems with scheduling, unless they change the prior technical result.

And does the person who offers 3 templates, or the person who chooses 1 out of 3, get to choose between M200 or L-U130%?
The person who chooses 3 templates immediately chooses the balance rules. For example, you offer a choice of 8mm6a, CMK, and M200% balance.
