All the stat-boosting items have been collected. You can still level up on the remaining mobs, but I don't think it's critical.))
And they also gave a larger starting army!)) I looked at the city and rubbed my eyes... a legion of titans is standing there, quite smugly.))
Added 8 minutes later By the way, is there a mechanism to link maps into a full-fledged campaign? Not like in "Theory of Power" and similar, but like in the original Heroes, with the ability to save progress? Because you're on your way to creating a full-fledged campaign from these maps!))

Good thing you said that! I wouldn't have figured it out on my own.
Added after 20 hours 9 minutes There are too many dwarves! I went through the secret passage... or should I go through the two-way portal guarded by an army of Dungeon creatures first?
Good thing you said so! I wouldn't have approached them myself.
Added after 20 hours and 9 minutes There are really too many dwarves. I went through the secret passage... or should I go through the two-way portal guarded by an army of Tower first?
It doesn't matter. I went through the passage first.
He will have problems with Wolfenstein; I can post a recording of the battle. However, I only completed it on the second version. The first one was too difficult for me
I'm trying it out for the first time. I went through the map and encountered Brand, level 27, with very good stats. I can kill him, but it depletes my army. So, there's no point in killing him because he has a garrison, and another computer-controlled hero with a decent army and probably similar stats appeared, and I don't have enough troops left to defeat them. So, I can't capture the castle. I'm trying to figure out how to do this effectively.
I'm trying it on difficulty 1. I went through the passage and met Brand, level 27, with all stats around 30. I can kill him, but I'm losing my army. So, there's no point in killing him because he has a garrison, and another computer-controlled hero with a decent army and, I assume, similar stats appeared. There's nothing left to break through with. So, I'm wondering how to do it nicely.
Hmm, when I played, the first hero I encountered was in the first castle, with a small army. As it turned out, the AI was gathering all its forces in its capital to give me a warm welcome in Wolfenstein. In general, I captured the first castle without any problems. But the second one was more fun. The heroes were around level 22-25. I suspect this happened because a lot of time had passed since the beginning of the second part, and the AI had time to get stronger.
I'm playing the first version on "Hero" difficulty. Patiently, constantly replaying and remembering the author until his ears turn red :), I've only managed to get Alastor so far. And that's thanks to "Leadership," which helped me recruit a squad of 71 succubi. The enthusiasm from Sigrif's special ability faded immediately when I saw the neutral units. I don't even know if it's worth continuing on this difficulty. My patience and fighting spirit are running out. I need a break and a beer :)

About a month. The 2nd caravan arrived with 2 Devils.
The Dwarf's army isn't particularly large. 9 Dragons, 30 Yetis, 150 Bears, etc. This is nothing. What's annoying is that he has 30 magic power with upgraded Chaos and Pyromancy. This fascist casts Fireballs + as a bonus, he also adds 3 turns of burning. As a result, the Churches and Unicorns burn down to 0. The Yetis destroy the Imps (2400 damage is dealt to them with each cast). In the end, less than a hundred Rogues survive out of 322. And a hundred Rogues can't storm a garrison, nor can they take the Castle. In fact, the Dwarf's army is nothing special; mine is much stronger. Chaos is what ruins everything.
My hero:
Added 9 minutes ago Before the 2nd caravan arrived, the hero was weaker (3 times weaker), but I also had a smaller army with me - about the same number of Rogues and Imps died. In the end, there were 70 Churches and 17 Succubi left (I didn't put them in the battle - the AI targets them with magic first). Again, this isn't the best option - it's unlikely that the garrison could take them.

Play the second one as a Warrior) The difficulty is acceptable there, and it also has challenging battles (that seem impossible) ;) There's no need to waste your nerves. I've already realized that the hero in any version is just amazing. If you can still manage to get through Hell, the Stone Gnomes won't leave a single stone standing. There's a big difference between each difficulty level – in how many resources and troops the enemies receive each week, how much experience they get, and how much their stats grow, etc.

Yeah, Hangwul is probably already waiting with 100 dragons and it will only get worse from there. I feel like there's almost no chance here

If that's the case, then it's unlikely that the map can be completed with a hero in the first version.
I'm telling you - the 2nd caravan just arrived. I took troops from it and, using clever logistics and stables, rushed straight to the computer's castle. The computer has a monthly growth rate, meaning it took the entire army from the castle. This army can be easily defeated, if it weren't for the Chaos. Here's how it's done: We separate 2 stacks of 3 imps each, we don't take devils or demons (they're not very effective anyway). 1. Opposite the bears, we place the 1st stack of 3 imps. In the first turn, they will attack the bears and then be destroyed. 2. Next, the dragons will fall. We also place whatever we don't mind losing there, so they don't use their special ability. And they will also be destroyed. 3. Then the skeletons run. If they use their special ability, they will destroy 10-15 knights. And they will also die. The main thing here is not to let the right stacks get caught by the guardians. 4. The guardians are defeated. 5. The harpooners are finished off, who were previously blinded, then charmed, and then also caught a dispel. 6. All together, the warlords are cut down, who were standing under blindness at the beginning of the battle. That's the whole battle - minimal losses. Chaos, however, cuts down almost the entire army.

Chaos, however, eliminates almost the entire army.
I think we should remove the first version, as it's unlikely anyone will be able to complete it with a hero. And even on Veteran difficulty, it's doubtful
In principle, you can arrive a week or two earlier and take advantage of summoning an army, but with 70 mana, you can't summon much, plus there's no mana well nearby.
And the difference will only be that now the computer attacked me, but otherwise, I'd have to lure it out of the castle. Which, given its stats and creatures, wouldn't be much fun.

Besides, the only difference will be that now the computer attacked me, but otherwise, I'd have to lure it out of the castle. Which, considering its stats and spells, would be quite a challenge.
There are 4 such heroes. + 2 bosses. The same advice applies – try the second one with a Warrior. It's also quite difficult there).

The AI is too dumb and develops too slowly when playing as a Warrior. If in the first part, the AI was afraid to attack the Castle when playing as a Hero and moved towards the Yellow faction, what will happen when playing as a Warrior? =)) In the second part, the army that the hero-AI has is acceptable. And I can defeat it with some losses, with about ten Knights and the Lords defeating the Demons. That's nothing. But Chaos...
