For many in the CIS, taking a day or two off work isn't a problem, but attending smaller tournaments is.
New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?

What prevents you from just naming them?
Note that I haven't traveled anywhere since 2013 for objective reasons. A few days ago, an option arose to do this in May. I don't know when such an opportunity will arise again. For example, I definitely can't travel during the New Year.
Does that make sense?
It makes sense, it's just that I can't do it at other times, so the choice isn't "when to hold it," but "either hold it or not."
Why didn't you say anything before and only now decided to submit your application? ;)
It's complicated :). When we were choosing a location for the CIS region, I didn't care, I just participated in the discussions. But once the location was chosen, a window of opportunity suddenly opened. Now I'm thinking about what to do with it – I either need to go to Vaskelovo or to Korolev.
Lol, it's obvious.
It's possible that I won't be the only one coming from Michurinsk, plus a couple more people.
We have a base for 20 people. As an incentive, someone considering whether or not to come might say, "Well, 20 people have already gathered, so I guess I have to go." Is there another base nearby, within a 10-minute walk, where others could stay if more than 20-24 people gather?
Could you tell me why it's not being held in the CIS region then?
Isn't Michurinsk closer to Volgograd?
Or is the problem specifically with the dates?
Do those 3 working days ruin everything, not just for me?

The base can accommodate 20 people. As a deterrent, someone considering whether or not to come might say, "Oh, 20 people have already gathered, where else can I go?" Is there another base nearby, within a 10-minute walk, where others could stay if more than 20-24 people show up?
