It's possible that I won't be the only one coming from Michurinsk, plus a couple more people.

We have a base for 20 people. As an incentive, someone considering whether or not to come might say, "Well, 20 people have already gathered, so I guess I have to go." Is there another base nearby, within a 10-minute walk, where others could stay if more than 20-24 people gather?
