Why didn't you say anything before and only now decided to submit your application? ;)

It's complicated. While we were choosing a location for the CIS region, I didn't care, and I participated in the discussions. But when the location was already chosen, a window of opportunity suddenly opened. Now I'm thinking about what to do with it – I either need to go to Vaskelovo or to Korolev.
