What prevents you from just naming them?

Lol, it's obvious. Do you need me to list all the holidays? All the New Year's holidays, February, March, June, November, maybe I forgot something? You need to look at the calendar and see which weekends are adjacent to the holidays if you want more days for convenience. Do I have to name all of this for next year in advance?

By the way, when we were choosing the dates for the "Siberian Championship," we were guided by the fact that we didn't want to interfere with anyone, and we adjusted to the dates that weren't already taken, so as not to "reduce the quorum," and not because November is so awesome in Siberia and it's so great here at this time of year.

Note that I haven't traveled anywhere since 2013 for objective reasons. A few days ago, an option arose to do this in May. I don't know when such an opportunity will arise again. For example, I definitely can't travel during the New Year.

You yourself reduced your quorum by doing that!? If you want to organize a HOTU and see a lot of people in your tournament (logically?), then even a fool understands that you need to hold the tournament not in opposition to the CIS, but on other dates.
