Shadowverse

I used to play ranked matches with all my decks, but then I got tired of losing and losing points. Now I play unranked matches with my decks, and my "roaches" are doing very well against various "Dashes" and "Vanyas" in ranked.
Although, sometimes it's tough against another "roach."

To opponents. It's not very fun when you mostly encounter 2-3 decks in ranked matches.

What's not fun about it? Are you unable to play high-level cards? Well, that's the point; you need to be prepared for that. Or, don't be prepared – if there are relatively few of these decks, and your strategy works better against others. It's a shield and sword, a perfectly normal and traditional confrontation.

There isn't much variety among the enemies.

One of the reasons I didn't join the Dungeon faction. Because they were annoying.

Just lost a battle against Vanya :(

Ah, I wish I could make Menta face the Undertaker meta in Hearthstone...

There isn't much variety among the opponents.

And this is a normal situation when there is some flaw in the balance, even if it's small but consistent. The players are not to blame in this case; they are simply trying to optimize their strategies because, like Koshe, no one wants to lose too often.

What's not fun about it?

Well, if you're a robot, then maybe it's fine.

Ah, I wish I could just crush Menta with an Undertaker meta deck in Hearthstone...

I have no idea what you're talking about, but I haven't played Hearthstone and probably won't. In Arcomage, interestingly, the situation is reversed: I rarely see opponents with predominantly low-level cards. Because the balance is structured differently there, and yes, you can take a risk, rush towards the opponent's dofus, and storm them, but since the dofus are placed randomly, you'll almost certainly not take both. And then you won't have enough strength to withstand the counterattack, and that's it. As a result, high-level cards work better for winning there.

Well, what can you do? One day, we might actually see this word in textbooks, but for now, I'm an innovator!

But it’s more interesting for me to play as Dasha myself.

I doubt it; runes only work well for me with sigils.

I would rather play a different game with Dasha ;D

Just now, there were two really great battles. In the battle against the vampire, Vanka kept attacking me, but didn't finish me off. Yurka attacked, but also didn't finish me. In the end, I just wore the enemy down, and he couldn't remove my pile of fairies. In the battle against the swordswoman, it was even cooler. I had almost nowhere to move, except with three beetles, but it wasn't the final combo. I took a risk and moved them, because the HP difference was huge. The enemy put Amelia against me, and I was in trouble, but thanks to incredibly good luck with the topdeck, I drew a spell for the eagle with an enhancement, then an ancient elf. I barely managed to defend myself; I can't believe my own luck.
I'm almost tempted to buy the leader, Selvin, as a thank you for saving my pointy-eared behind.

One of the reasons I didn't switch to Dungeon. They were getting on my nerves.

I preferred Haven, even though most opponents play as Inferno. And even though Inferno easily and simply dominates Haven, which is incredibly annoying, it's better to quit the game than to play as a faction of degenerates.

By the way, I don't like the suggested top-tier tempo runes. I play with my own version of the rune that I used to use with Toxu.

And, based on my experience playing as Haven, I can say that it has a pretty high chance of losing, considering that the entire victory depends too much on randomness, which is normal for a CCG. If you put all the good stuff at the very bottom, you're just setting yourself up for defeat.
