Decided to take a break from the comic and played some Shadowverse. There were quests to complete for Forest, Rune, and Heaven. I played several matches for Forest. As usual, here are my saviors:
I just decided that my knight deck is garbage, and then it started working. I plan to add Albert to it, but I can't seem to make it work. And the deck itself raises doubts; it feels like a mess and doesn't make much sense, but I don't know what to change.
But this guy makes me happy *_* Lapo-o-o-o-chka *_*
I would swap the Ninja for a single Vanguard. And I would add another maid leader or a pompous princess, or both – after all, this is the only overabundance in the deck. Also, I play Fencers instead of Knights for 2, but that's a matter of taste, and I don't really like the Blitz Lancers and Wolves for 4. For comparison, my deck looks something like this.
I put all the storms and rushes I could get my hands on into my own build (by the way, blitz spearmen are great. At the start of the game, they easily kill an enemy summon and still have enough HP left to move on the next turn). Maid leaders too, yeah, Tox recommended them and I didn't regret it. As for commanders, only mass buffers; cheap commanders aren't needed. So, banner, Mold siege commander... And Albert, even though he's not a buffer. It's just that if the party drags on until the ninth turn, this one definitely finishes them off. Although you can bring him out as early as the fifth, but it depends on how the cards fall.
Regarding the Siver fencers for 2 — yes, I doubt their usefulness now (although an oathless Knight, who gets knocked back by anything, is even less appealing). But the fencers for 3 are, imho, just gorgeous — by turn 3 you almost always have something on the board, and they allow for very profitable trades. I tried playing with the banner at first; I didn't really like it, though it's probably a matter of taste. Plus, with it, you need to orient the deck more toward board spam than mine is, maybe adding more Knights. I didn't take a liking to the rushers, probably because of a HoMM habit where creatures with charge follow the principle "in any confusing situation, go straight for the face"). I might try the blitz lancer, but as for the wolf — it usually comes out when you can already evolve, and in that situation, something like "floral flori!", which has 4 attack under evolution and calls its bros, looks more interesting.
For now, I've switched back from a pure aggro deck to a banner deck: it works better.

Considering that we won't be playing a constructed tournament anytime soon, I can share my current deck: it's a very good deck, and I like it.
I don't have Aurelia, although I'm not sure I would add her. Maybe, yes... But it would change my play style, because right now, the enemy usually has fewer summons than I do, as I try to outpace them in tempo. But overall, it looks good. It costs 5, by the way, so it doesn't fall under the category of a cheap commander.
Wish, but rushed ones can't attack face-to-face on the first turn, but they are great for removing wards when you have good cards on the board. And I try to only take the Wolf with Enhance, otherwise it's just okay. On the fourth turn, only Floral Fencer, only hardcore. Or Monica on the fifth turn, when you need to clear the enemy's board.
And if a summon is used by a Knight, that's even more fun. Yesterday, a Knight brought a bunch of Knights and completely dominated a guy who provides wards, while I had a Wood Elf with a Corsair + Robin Hood, and he was useless because he lost to the Evolves.
That's exactly what I was saying. In Heroes, there's no "rush" strategy, only "storm," which is why I have this stereotype: if someone doesn't know how to play properly, they just "storm" – therefore, they're not a "true" player.")
They annoyed me too, but then I saw how they were used against my wards, and I learned how to use them myself. The same goes for the Woodkin Curse; I thought it was useless and just a way to waste a turn, but then I saw how effectively it works against my 100k HP wards in combination with Robin Hood, May, or just a fairy. And yes, in the Sylvan faction, I replaced that androgynous creature with a lion on it with the Oracle. I already have plenty of fairies, and she deals more damage.
