I blocked the gates and hit them with Fireball (without reflecting on the opponent's possibilities; everything seemed to be going too easily). But there is one rule that everything depends on – the rule of fair play. One of the tournament participants, unfortunately, violated it, initially claiming one thing and then something else the next day. To briefly describe the situation, Slayzer was streaming his game against Vatya. At one point, one of the viewers pointed out that Vatya was on a stream. When Slayzer started looking at the viewer list, he did indeed find his opponent for the match. A few moments later, Vatya left the stream. I had a conversation with both players. Vatya told me that he accidentally ended up on the stream, clicked the wrong thing, and immediately closed it. There was also a 20-minute conversation where Vatya talked about his strong feelings against watching other people's streams and mentioned people who could vouch for him. Overall, I became convinced that it was most likely a misunderstanding. But I was very surprised when I read the following:

Where is anything about streams? By that logic, you could add anything here. The same turn-passing without giving time to remember is often more critical, especially on large templates. Let’s also add stalling the game when the opp is busy with his own stuff during a battle. Or delaying the start of the game when it’s advantageous. A lot of things could be added based on subjective opinion—should I have been the first to appeal to the Arbitration Committee? But! Since the rules have been written and spelled out point by point, let’s follow the letter of the law, not subjective opinions. And the law states
