The year is coming to an end, and I won't have the opportunity to be online for the next few days, so let's summarize the intermediate results of the qualification.

Let's start with the good news: the games are progressing well, many have already played their first round, and some even their second! If you have an opponent for the third round, you can start playing, but don't forget that the series goes to two wins!
If anyone has a problem with arranging a game, it's best to let me or the tournament judges know.

Submissions for the future tournament cup are starting to arrive; there aren't many, but they are of good quality. I hope this flow of submissions doesn't dry up.

Unfortunately, there's also some bad news.
Everyone knows that we have many game rules, and sometimes, in the heat of the moment or due to inattention, we break them.
But there is one rule that everything depends on – the rule of fair play. One of the tournament participants, unfortunately, violated it, initially claiming one thing and then something else the next day.
To briefly describe the situation, Slayzer was streaming his game against Vatya. At one point, one of the viewers pointed out that Vatya was on a stream. When Slayzer started looking at the viewer list, he did indeed find his opponent for the match. A few moments later, Vatya left the stream.
I had a conversation with both players. Vatya told me that he accidentally ended up on the stream, clicked the wrong thing, and immediately closed it. There was also a 20-minute conversation where Vatya talked about his strong feelings against watching other people's streams and mentioned people who could vouch for him. Overall, I became convinced that it was most likely a misunderstanding. But I was very surprised when I read the following:

and realized that it was possible to play

As a result, Vatya won this match.

In light of the above, in the match Vatya vs. Slayzer, Vatya receives a technical defeat and is disqualified from the tournament by unanimous decision of the organizer and the tournament judges.
Vatya's further fate will be known after the decision of the AK (Arbitration Committee).

I just want to add that the more such cases there are, the fewer streamers will want to broadcast interesting (important) games. I think it's clear who will benefit from this and who will lose. Besides, what pleasure is there in a victory obtained in this way, and is it even worth anything to such a winner?

User favio was banned at his own request; in the match Diabler vs. favio, Diabler receives a technical victory.
I will leave this without comment; it's a pity that it turned out this way.
