Judges are consulted in controversial situations not covered by the rules. It is impossible to list all possible scenarios in the rules. Our players' imaginations sometimes know no bounds. Judges decide, at their discretion, who is right and who is wrong. If you consider an organizer or a judge to be unfair, do not register for the tournament.

Watching an opponent's stream falls under these points.
Judges also consider deceiving an opponent during restarts, intentional disconnections, playing under a clone account, etc., as unfair play. This is also not in the rules. I repeat, it is difficult for judges to predict what a dishonest person might come up with, so all such cases are considered individually, and a decision is made individually, with the behavior of the accused playing a significant role.
