Thank you for the game.

We picked all the restarts, played for luck. The opponent was unlucky with the generation, and he rushed a bit, although to be honest, the distribution was bleak. In general, he got burned on the restarts; it's a tournament after all.
Thanks for the time and the game!!!
Could you share the numbers now? And it wouldn't hurt to prioritize him. Otherwise, in the first game, around 2 AM, I waited for 40 minutes, or even longer, for my opponent's turn. His timer seemed to freeze at 3:01. I even managed to doze off twice in my bed. I was about to write to him to save the game, but I was too sleepy to think straight.
However, for the qualification rounds, the default timer will be the SOD timer, as announced earlier. There might be changes in the groups.
The spawn was so-so, nothing tasty was visible, had 1 rest left and decided not to take risks. On day 2, barely broke through 18 gr. wood for a prison and resources, then on day 4 90 rags, in a pandora's box 50 dogs, ran to Rampart bought a spellbook and took an external dwelling of cyclopes. Decided to build cyclopes and also put bears with Citadel and managed to take 1 external dwelling of bears, the second one was behind a horde of medusas.
On the second [day/week] broke through the medusas, but didn't manage to take the external dwelling, visited the library and attack the Castle, stand half a move from ГО. Also had a cloak +2 speed lying on respawn and there was a large Dragon Fly Hive but didn't manage to take anything. On 124 5 bears, 10 gr. cyclopes, 60 dogs, 10 ogres, 6 birds with golden bow and mass slow dismantled bears and unicorns. In the beginning all guards are brutal, went further, mana for 1-2 casts, at least it restores with the amulet, slowly broke through everything, opponent nowhere to be seen. The opponent only appeared on the third [week], attacked Kyrre, the advantage is very big, gg.
Thanks for the game.
In the first week, Town took the second city, Swamp. 2 houses for Gnolls, 1 for Lizards, and 1 for Basilisks. In the first week, Swamp built up to level 6 + castle. No money for more! In the second week, Town took the Tower and Stronghold, one house of Gorgons, and a Hydro. GO 127 ~ 75 Manticores. No money for more! 131 Town took artbocha's Rampart. 137 Galtaran took Rampart. 141 Rampart was guarded by two green dragons and 4 centaurs; I made a mistake by attacking it with my scouts, and my entire army + new population was lost. Artbocha didn't ask for a technical victory – it was very noble of him!!! I replayed 141, and Town took Rampart again. Galtaran attacked Town in Rampart 142. The battle was interesting and not easy! He relied on implosion, Town had more defense...gg
Thank you for the game.
Sorry for my bad English!!!
Thanks for a great game
Let's start with the good news: the games are progressing well, many have already played their first round, and some even their second! If you have an opponent for the third round, you can start playing, but don't forget that the series goes to two wins!
If anyone has a problem with arranging a game, it's best to let me or the tournament judges know.
Submissions for the future tournament cup are starting to arrive; there aren't many, but they are of good quality. I hope this flow of submissions doesn't dry up.
Unfortunately, there's also some bad news.
Everyone knows that we have many game rules, and sometimes, in the heat of the moment or due to inattention, we break them.
But there is one rule that everything depends on – the rule of fair play. One of the tournament participants, unfortunately, violated it, initially claiming one thing and then something else the next day.
To briefly describe the situation, Slayzer was streaming his game against Vatya. At one point, one of the viewers pointed out that Vatya was on a stream. When Slayzer started looking at the viewer list, he did indeed find his opponent for the match. A few moments later, Vatya left the stream.
I had a conversation with both players. Vatya told me that he accidentally ended up on the stream, clicked the wrong thing, and immediately closed it. There was also a 20-minute conversation where Vatya talked about his strong feelings against watching other people's streams and mentioned people who could vouch for him. Overall, I became convinced that it was most likely a misunderstanding. But I was very surprised when I read the following:
Pit
so why did you go in?
Vatya
lost 600 bones, an angel, and 2 dragons, got upset
Pit
and then what?
Vatya
went in, took a look at the overall situation
and realized that it was possible to play
As a result, Vatya won this match.
In light of the above, in the match Vatya vs. Slayzer, Vatya receives a technical defeat and is disqualified from the tournament by unanimous decision of the organizer and the tournament judges.
Vatya's further fate will be known after the decision of the AK (Arbitration Committee).
I just want to add that the more such cases there are, the fewer streamers will want to broadcast interesting (important) games. I think it's clear who will benefit from this and who will lose. Besides, what pleasure is there in a victory obtained in this way, and is it even worth anything to such a winner?
User favio was banned at his own request; in the match Diabler vs. favio, Diabler receives a technical victory.
I will leave this without comment; it's a pity that it turned out this way.
And finally, so as not to end on a sad note.
Congratulations to everyone on the upcoming 2014! I wish you to never stop, always achieve your goals, and may everyone find their Arch in the Refuge in the new year:smile02:
So we’re playing mininostu. We save on day 121. The next day we load, and the opp immediately passes the turn  Well, I think, damn… but nothing to be done, gotta play. Because of this, a bunch of minor mistakes, chains don’t connect, a couple of heroes just stood around.
We save on day 127. We load the next day, and again the opp immediately passes the turn. That’s just complete chaos. The chains are, of course, cut tight—any wrong move and all plans go to hell. In the last seconds, a necro with boots, cape, and oil, 600+ skeletons, 2 greens, and an angel charges into the cyclops pen. Well, I think I’ll handle it quickly, but… no mana even for Haste  Naturally, while the skeletons crawled across the field, they were just shot down. Mood at zero—good thing it wasn’t the main army; Crag with 20+ birds is fighting on another front. I ask for auto, hoping for understanding of the situation and the opp’s partial fault, and I’m refused. Well, I think, that’s it, but I can’t do anything—by the rules, he didn’t break anything, even though he acted dirty. So a thought comes: return the dirty trick, formally without breaking the rules. I popped into the opp’s stream for 10 seconds to gauge the overall development. And I logged in under my own profile, which already shows I wasn’t planning to watch constantly.
After that, the opp kept passing turns after saves, but I was already prepared for it. He always saved; I was ready to play to the bitter end.
The game ended on day 227, i.e., a month after the incident.
Now I’m being accused of grossly violating the game rules, threatened with punishment up to and including a World Championship ban, but excuse me—for what? For falling for the opp’s provocations and responding in an ungentlemanly way? Did I cheat, maphack, or open saves? But the opponent is all white and fluffy, poor thing suffered from a recidivist, so let him get a free pass forward.
After carefully rereading the rules, I only found
Fair Play
The most important point: players must play fairly and respect each other.
- It is forbidden to use cheat codes, unauthorized programs, or bugs resulting from the use of additional programs and files during a game.
- No one except the tournament judge/host or a member of the Arbitration Committee may open saves of an unfinished game, and only if a disputable situation arises in the game. If at the moment of a disputable situation requiring save inspection there is no contact with the judge/host/Arbitration Committee, the game must be interrupted and saved by both participants until contact with the judges is established.
- It is forbidden to open the map being played in the editor before the game ends.
A game is considered finished when one player has completely destroyed the other, or one of them has surrendered, which must be confirmed via ICQ. Only after this is it allowed to open saves and view the map in the editor.
Players who agreed to play are responsible for all actions that occur on their computers during the game and/or related to the unfinished game.
When playing with password-protected saves, players are required to:
- provide their password to the opponent(s) immediately after the game;
- provide the password of an unfinished game upon request of the tournament host/judge/Arbitration Committee if a disputable situation arises.
2.14. Actions not prohibited/restricted by these rules are permitted.
So, by the letter of the law, what did I violate? Morally wrong, yes, but I don’t consider myself guilty, because I didn’t start it; I only responded to dirty play with dirty play. Yes, Pete was right—this isn’t funka; here you have to play with whoever you’re given. It’s the first time I’ve encountered this kind of attitude. Anyway, I think that’s it—decide for yourselves. And finally, my IMHO
Vatya (16:00:34 27/12/2013)
and the funniest thing is that he finished the game, but ran to complain when he saw he couldn’t win fairly. shame to be like that
Vatya (16:02:23 27/12/2013)
and after that, what honor can we talk about

Thanks for the game.
For watching his opponent's stream during the game, user Vatya is disqualified from participating in official HW tournaments for six months (until July 1, 2014), and he receives 50 penalty points for falsifying tournament results.
Creating a clone account will result in a lifetime ban.
Comments:
1. Clause
2.14. Actions that are not prohibited/restricted by these rules are permitted.
II. Rules for online games, common to all formats (SoD version),
and not to the section
V. Non-standard and controversial situations. Judging.
2.
Fair play
The most important point: players must play fairly and respect each other.
Judges are consulted in controversial situations not covered by the rules. It is impossible to list all possible scenarios in the rules. Our players' imaginations sometimes know no bounds. Judges decide, at their discretion, who is right and who is wrong. If you consider an organizer or a judge to be unfair, do not register for the tournament.
You can also read the "Blacklist" topic, which states:
All decisions regarding adding a player to the Blacklist are made by the Arbitration Committee through a general vote in a closed section. Sanctions are imposed in proportion to the severity of the offense. If the violation is unintentional or the Arbitration Committee does not see grounds for punishment, a warning is issued, and conversely, if a player ignores warnings and repeatedly violates the rules, the punishment will be more severe.
Violations:
- using cheat codes, programs, and files that allow gaining an unfair advantage in the game (cheating);
- revealing the map to gain an advantage in the game (map hacking);
Judges also consider deceiving an opponent during restarts, intentional disconnections, playing under a clone account, etc., as unfair play. This is also not in the rules. I repeat, it is difficult for judges to predict what a dishonest person might come up with, so all such cases are considered individually, and a decision is made individually, with the behavior of the accused playing a significant role.
1. The organizer is The_ (icq 241-568-808, skype thew0w), Judges are Pit for LM (icq 471-401-475), Dirty Player (icq 408-722-873).
We have 9 templates - by rules we need to delete 8 untill one stay.
My opponent told that we need to eleminate 6 templates and blue player will chose best of 3.
I know what wrote in rules, but please explain to foreign player this point.
Thank you in advance!
Referees, please explain how to make the choice of the templates.
We have 9 templates - according to the rules, we need to delete 8 until one remains.
My opponent said that we need to eliminate 6 templates, and the blue player will choose the best of 3.
I know what is written in the rules, but please explain this point to the foreign player.
Thank you in advance!

That's correct.
My opponent told that we need to eleminate 6 templates and blue player will chose best of 3.
That's wrong.
