Completed the game on Veteran difficulty in 37 days. Played as Dugald against the Dungeon faction. Captured the Tower in the center on the third week and the Outpost on the fifth week. The playthrough was quite easy. Now, about the map itself:
Pros: 1) Original idea to diversify the standard multiplayer.
2) Interesting concept with the mandatory capture of the Tower and Outpost before attacking the Castle.
3) Many new objects.
4) Despite the large number of new features, the balance is maintained.
Cons: None.
Unclear: I couldn't find the obelisk that grants level 15.
Cons: none Misunderstanding: I couldn't find the obelisk that gives level 15 :(
Unfortunately, there are balance issues between the factions :( And mana regeneration is incredibly powerful for clearing out enemies :) The obelisk is in the Dungeon.
It seems that on this map, the computer receives an army through a script.
Yes, through a script, because the computer cannot visit obelisks that increase the level, or treasure vaults with artifacts. Also, if you don't give it an extra army, it becomes passive towards outposts or cannot break through them (you have to increase their priority through a script). It only buys artifacts from shops, and since the script provides a lot of money, it will buy a Phoenix even if it gets the chance. If it's a difficult "Warrior" difficulty, you can also play on Recruit difficulty.
For example, on Hero difficulty, and even on Veteran, the enemy hero runs up, kills the main hero, or rather, I manage to escape. Then, it captures mines and starts clearing the map and capturing the central Castle, but the city is safe until it captures an outpost and a Castle. We buy back the fleeing hero, wait for the beginning of the next week, buy an army, use a "Cockroach" to retake the mines, the main hero runs through a portal in the underground to the corner Castles and cleans up what's left, preferably managing to buy a Phoenix (that's why we don't take experience from chests, but take money, and capture gold mines in the vicinity). If a level 2 regeneration guild member arrives, then half the battle is won, and it's even better with light magic. We put him on a Phoenix and clear out the remaining strong neutrals, as the computer is afraid to attack them. On Hero difficulty, unlike Warrior, it is very desirable to visit an obelisk that increases the level to 15. For improving low-level units, we use a Fort, as it is simply cheaper and you don't have to build buildings in the Castle (but only up to level 3-4 units). The main thing here is to get as much gold and other resources as possible, and for this, you need "Cockroaches" (we find them in Dungeons, so as not to spend gold). If we have the Warlock faction, it can withstand two attacks from enemy heroes, but the army becomes significantly depleted, so you need to quickly switch to thick Hydras, or use Invisibility properly with a good mana reserve.
This is one of at least three tactics against the computer that I have tested on Hero difficulty. Many things change in this tactic against a "Squirrel" opponent.
I installed the NHF mod and decided to play your map. On veteran difficulty, the scripts don't work (there's no bonus to growth, and the enemy easily captures my castle without breaking through the outposts). Version 1.2.1, on Warrior difficulty, everything works fine, but it's too easy for me. Question: is the problem specifically with your map, or is NHF to blame?

I removed the mod, and the problem remains.

I mentioned in the thread about the NHF mod that it currently only supports standard developer maps and the HoMM generator, meaning this map isn't supported by the mod yet.

Removed the mod, the problem remains.
The save files store old data from previous game sessions of the map. It is necessary to start a new game. Also, you need to remove unnecessary maps and mods from the folders.
Added after 21 hours 52 minutes UP Uploaded a new version of the map that allows playing with the NHF mod. - Иду на Вы! 1.2.2
P.S. If someone's map doesn't support the mod, you can contact me, and support will be added ;)
UP Updated the map to I'm Coming! 1.3 The strategy has been completely changed. Now, the main criterion is not buying artifacts.
We played against each other until the seventh game month. The initiative constantly shifted from hand to hand; more than ten heroes were lost on my side alone, but the battle continued.... (c)
An open map for playing with another player. You can complete the map in a week, or you can play it for up to ten months. There are many strategies where you can sabotage your opponent. If you lose one hero, you can immediately level up the next one if you have prepared for this in advance. The army at outposts grows every week, so you don't need to hesitate to send unnecessary units there. The AI is dumb, but you can still play against it on "Veteran" and "Hero" difficulty levels. The Guild of Mages only builds up to level 2, but there are two spell shops where you can learn higher magic.Elves rule here for now.
Hmm, can someone explain how to "reach" the enemy city? I was playing as the Orcs, and I sent two heroes (level 20 and 17), but they have almost no army and no money. The final wave got stuck near the "blue glow" around the enemy city, which seems to have dug up the Tear of Ash and is rapidly increasing its troops...

I think you need to capture 2 outposts and a tower on the main road that connects one town to another.
version 1.3.0, difficulty - I decided to start with Warrior. In the first week, the AI repelled both garrisons, then a long tactical war began, because I thought that it could only attack the city by passing through its central garrison, near which it was constantly located. Well, then I made a clever move and locked the commander in the center, thereby gaining time, then I captured the center and all the towers + visited 3 out of 4 artifact locations. I decided to end the game, because it turned out that the AI was already on the verge of defeat, but it ran into an impassable wall. Then I wanted to capture my outposts (those that were mine at the beginning of the game), but I ran into a Cloud-Swarm. After that, it turned into Legions. And this is only the end of the second month of the game. I know, probably, the problem is that I played too much, now the troops in the outpost grow by 300% per week (from 8 to 24 thousand immediately). And I can imagine what the army in the center looks like, based on my own outpost; soon there will be millions there.
