Name:
Lei Lan
Race:
Celestial Empire
Class: water mage
Element: earth
Biography:
Life presented Lei Lan with many challenges. Since childhood, the girl had to endure tyranny from her own father, while her mother completely ignored her, preferring luxury and a lavish life surrounded by servants and ladies of her kind over family problems. If it weren't for her older brother Furon and her personal guard Quan Kang, Lei Lan would have gladly committed suicide in her youth. For a long time, these two turned her life into pure joy. Her brother taught her how to handle swords, knives, and daggers, although she was far from his level, while Quan Kang taught her water magic, despite the fact that she was naturally proficient in earth magic. But the happy days did not last long, and when her brother became an adult, he had to leave home to prove to his father that he was a great warrior capable of much, and to assert that he would never become as boring as his father. Before leaving, he gave his sister his favorite dagger, which he had previously never parted with. A few months later, news arrived that Furon and his companions had been attacked and that no one had survived, even though Furon's body was never found. This was a serious blow for Lei Lan, but thanks to Quan Kang's support, the girl was able to survive and accept this, although deep down she believed that her brother was still alive and had simply decided to abandon the family and start a new life. Some time later, a great passion flared up between Lei Lan and Quan Kang, making them lovers. With every training session, they grew closer to each other and eventually realized that they simply could not live without one another. Unfortunately, the couple failed to consider that such a relationship might not please Lei Lan's father, and as soon as he learned that his daughter was flirting with some plebeian unworthy of her class, he hurried to get rid of him. Quan Kang's death drove Lei Lan into depression. The only thing she had left of her beloved was his knife, which he had once accidentally left in her room during another magnificent night. Naturally, the father could not ignore his daughter's state, so he decided that it was time for her to marry the son of one of his friends. Despite Lei Lan's blunt refusal to marry someone she was completely indifferent to and her words that she did not intend to be as worthless as her mother, her father merely slapped her and told her that she had no choice but to marry the groom he had chosen. The girl wept in her room all evening, not knowing what to do. In an unexpected burst of rage at everything she had had to endure in this worthless life, Lei Lan decided to kill her father to finally ease her soul. The girl thought for a long time about the choice of weapon for the most terrible act of her life. Looking endlessly at her lover's knife and her brother's dagger, the girl decided that she should bring retribution with her brother's weapon, but with her lover's element. Thus, for some time, the girl cast spells over the dagger, intending to make it capable of turning everything its blade touched into ice. Unfortunately, having little knowledge of the basics of creating magic artifacts, the girl only enhanced the dagger, and now, in addition to physical injuries, it could inflict magical pain. Looking closely at her creation, Lei Lan wept and realized that no matter how much she hated her father, she still could not kill him. And not only because of moral principles, but because her father was a skilled warrior who, on top of everything, had a good guard, so such a mistake would only lead Lei Lan to her death. Moreover, at that very moment, the girl realized that neither her brother nor her beloved would have wanted her to die such a stupid death. On the contrary, they would be happy if she were alive and happy. And then, forgetting the fatigue from the prolonged spellcasting, Lei Lan put on the most comfortable clothes she had, took some money for the time being, and grabbed the enchanted dagger and Quan Kang's knife. Knowing that she would not be let out through the main entrance, Lei Lan decided to use the secret passages that she and her brother had accidentally discovered in their time, which they had often used to sneak out and walk until evening. Successfully leaving her city and its surroundings, Lei Lan set off on a long journey to find her brother, who, as it turned out, was indeed alive, just as she had suspected.
Personality:
After the loss of the people most dear to her, Lei Lan distanced herself from people and did not get close to anyone, especially guys. She is reserved and slightly shy. She looks at everything with a cold, sober gaze. She always tries to hide her emotions, so many consider her emotionless. She takes her business seriously and tries to be more responsible.
Weapon: enchanted dagger, knife.
Of course, the knife is clearly not a kitchen knife, and as for the names, please don't be too critical.
