Posts from RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.
Do we need Ashan?
Then you could turn them into bio-monsters, like in the original Dungeon castle in Heroes of Might and Magic III.
Is it possible to make it so that allied troops can move through a tunnel dug by a Troglodyte?
This feature was implemented using scripts, and I don't work with scripts, so it won't be in the mod... although maybe someone will create a submod with new features.
What about hyperbolizing the idea of plant-like Orcs from Warhammer and actually making them living plants, with various thorns, treants, root snakes, etc.?

I finally caught the muse by the tail and returned to the bearded little guys!
On the third level, there will be hammer-wielding warriors with pumped-up biceps and a well-fed belly – this is the privileged military class of the dwarves.
And now, about the characteristics:
We have only 3 dwarf units in our faction:
1) Militia
2) Archer
3) Guard
Then there will be golems, monsters, giants, maybe a cannon, a griffin, or something completely different.
We can reduce the speed of the dwarf units to 3 – then the overpoweredness of the Speed Rune will decrease in the early stages of the game + I like the stereotype of slow dwarves.
We can also give the dwarves 25% magic resistance (I really love stereotypes).
What do you think – is it too overpowered to give 25% magic resistance to three level 1 units? And if golems appear, they might also have resistance (lol, we're increasing the demand for the Magic Fist).

As a level 7 reward, you could give them a steam tank, like in Warhammer.
I wanted to make a Yeti out of the monsters from Might and Magic VII and put it on the seventh level.
I tried to bring the different levels of Dwarves to a single style; I might repaint them later – I’m not sure about some of the decisions, for example, the combat coloring of the halberdiers stands out from the style of the unit, but it makes it easier to identify them by the icon… although, let’s be honest, if you don’t know what unit it is, the icon won’t help you.
P.S. If there are any mistakes, please let me know; this version wasn’t tested very thoroughly.
P.P.S. For fans of simple strategies, I’ve left notes in the unit descriptions so that no one writes to me about overpowered grenadiers! You launched a frontal attack and got hit because of poor tactics!
