Alright, I'll attach it too:
PROger (10/17/2018 01:16):
well, send it to the judge, let him sort it out
TIMBUKTU (10/17/2018 01:19):
no offense, I didn't go there on purpose, I just put up with it
PROger (10/17/2018 01:19):
just so I could go there?)
TIMBUKTU (10/17/2018 01:20):
of course
PROger (10/17/2018 01:20):
hmm, next level tactics
TIMBUKTU (10/17/2018 01:20):
if there was a decent timer, I would have just finished the game
PROger (10/17/2018 01:20):
so, did you send it to the judge?
TIMBUKTU (10/17/2018 01:21):
looking for contacts
So, baiting him into a tech loss and then complaining about it was the plan for the game.

As for that situation, I meant that I didn't notice the passage. And since loading and looking again is not possible, I only noticed it after the screenshot. In personal correspondence, terminology can change, as you can see.

I apologize in advance... it's annoying...
I don’t think I’ll be wrong if I assume that it’s a complete draw.
I was joking. But in this situation, I was joking about the rules.
But I suggest we don’t even argue about this – everyone just wrote their opinion, like a sports forecast – and the Arbitration Committee will make a decision – we’ll read it. And I’m ready to discuss my version of the rules.
Alphein, it's great that you provide various examples of inquiries that have received at least some responses.
And where are the responses to the inquiries from Georga, Tvariny, Chemist_HP?
I would also like to note that in the same tournament, earlier, during the game against Graalz, I asked the judges about passing through an unpaved road without guards:
where I was forbidden to pass between the two obstacles (near the Marletto tower and a pile of gold) without defeating the Grand Golems.
Kostya, ideally, there shouldn't be this off-road passage at all, and the guard should be stationed on the road.
"2.6.5. If there is no guard at the passage, it is permissible to move freely from zone to zone," right?
I wonder how the same situation would be interpreted if it were a Jebus Cross... What do we have? Can you pass to the center without breaking through, if, by some mysterious means, a guard is not generated at the passage on the road, but there is one on the off-road? It doesn't seem so. It seems that you cannot use the bugged passage to the center, generated without a guard, until you break through the General Objective on another passage...
However, the opponent coming from the other side objectively has no way of determining that the passage has not been broken through, which the opponent, who has this information, is obliged to report upon discovering his hero, in accordance with the principles of fair play. That is, there is no question of any violation. Especially of awarding a technical defeat. If Timbuktu immediately reported it on the day the opponent used the passage and it was immediately saved, then the opponent either retreats and breaks through the guard or leaves. And if he waited a couple of days and couldn't manage it, then it's a different story...
Obviously, the golems are a shifted guard of the passage on the road. The second passage is bugged (the obelisk destroyed the terrain). The fact that they are standing closer to the bugged passage is purely coincidental, since there are no guards in bugged passages.
Recently, any appeal to the Arbitration Committee is immediately considered as an attempt to pressure the opponent, rather than an attempt to understand the rules. And the fact that if a player decides to write to the Arbitration Committee, it already means that the game and his nerves are already beyond saving in this particular situation, but the Arbitration Committee is intended to save time for other good players by reviewing this situation.
Since the beginning of 2017, the results of reviewing appeals to the Arbitration Committee have ceased to be published altogether. I, and not only I, have the impression that there is no point in writing to the Arbitration Committee.
I believe that the review of various controversial situations in the Arbitration Committee with the public announcement of the verdict on the situation should encourage changes to the rules if necessary, or if there is no clear position and the opinion of the community is needed, then it is possible to hold a vote, as was done with the Red Dragon and the Grail.
-Here, it seems that the elves spawned one cell lower, so you can't pass by the elves to the left, and therefore you won't be able to get to the scroll and gold. But another question arises: can you defeat the boots without breaking through the elves...? This is even more complicated, and I even doubt that it is possible, but I'm not sure.
-Yes, I also think that you can't pass by the elves, but this is when you see the explored area, and without scouting, it is impossible to determine this in time. I think that even if you defeat the boots, it will not be a gross violation.

Perhaps it's time to re-elect the members of the AC, as there are worthy candidates from the current organizations or judges. I'll just list the players (organizers) I consider worthy: Sanin, korovka1987, Xocenk, plus experienced Heroes players like twaryna, HellLight, ЯR - this is a suggestion for replacing Pete and Nitro, and maybe other AC members who are tired and want to step down from their positions.
After all the discussions that are taking place in this thread, I (and I'm sure other players as well) have questions that remain unanswered, and consequently, there is no understanding of how to act in a similar situation.
Here's a simple example: on the one hand, you suggest in this thread that Helena write a winning report for the game against Twaryna, which Helena does, and then you delete that report yourself? How are the others supposed to act after that? Many have unfinished games that are not being finished for various reasons, including the unwillingness of one of the players, who either hides this unwillingness or, as Twaryna says, states it directly. I am not without sin, and I have saves that I would like to finish, and I definitely won't finish them; I don't want to waste time on a game that has suddenly become uninteresting.
