As for that situation, I meant that I didn't notice the passage. And since loading and looking again is not possible, I only noticed it after the screenshot. In personal correspondence, terminology can change, as you can see.

I have no complaints against you, whether you noticed something or not. The point is that the screenshot provides information; its role can be judged after the game.
Also, please note that in this same tournament earlier, in a game with Graalz, I appealed to the judges with a question about a passage without guard in wasteland:
