Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

Konstantin (Derty), I didn't write my posts with the intention of accusing anyone. It's just that over time, many players start to think of themselves as very "experienced" and sometimes don't realize that changes are needed. According to the information in the first post of the relevant thread, there are people in the current AK (Administration Council) whose activity on the forum has been almost zero for the past two years. Consequently, the result is that if Nitro used to write reports on AK voting, now Nitro is not active, and there are no reports, and maybe there are no votes either. No one except the AK members knows this. Maybe it's time to re-elect the AK members, because there are worthy candidates from the current organizers or judges. I'll just give my list of players (organizers) who I think are worthy: Sanin, korovka1987, Xocenk, plus experienced Heroes players like twaryna, HellLight, ЯR - this is just a suggestion for replacing Pete and Nitro, and maybe other AK members who are tired and want to leave their positions. After all the discussions that are taking place in this thread, I (and I'm sure other players as well) have questions that remain unanswered, and consequently, there is no understanding of how to act in a similar situation. Here's a simple example: on the one hand, you suggest that Helena write a winning report in a game against Twaryna in this thread, and Helena does so, but then you delete that report yourself? How are the rest supposed to act after that? Many have unfinished games that are not being finished for various reasons, including the unwillingness of one of the players, who either hides this unwillingness or, as Twaryna says, states it directly. I myself am not without sin, and I have saves that I would like to finish, but I definitely won't finish them, I don't want to waste time on a game that has suddenly become uninteresting.
