I would also like to note that in the same tournament, earlier, during the game against Graalz, I asked the judges about passing through an unpaved road without guards:

where I was forbidden to pass between the two obstacles (near the Marletto tower and a pile of gold) without defeating the Grand Golems.

Based on this screenshot, the following decision was made:

-It seems that the Elves spawned on the cell below, so it is impossible to pass by the Elves to the left, and therefore it is impossible to reach the scroll and gold. But there is also the question of whether it is possible to take the boots without defeating the Elves... this is even more complicated, and I even doubt that it is possible, but I am not sure.
-Yes, I also think that it is impossible to pass by the Elves, but this is when you see the explored area, and without scouting, it is impossible to determine this in time. I think that even if you take the boots, it would not be a gross violation.

You passed to the left when it was impossible to determine that the guards had moved (and you even took some resources there).
Therefore, we did not penalize you then, but we said that it is impossible to go further down without defeating the Grand Golems, Crusaders, or Magogs.
