New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
Sometimes I go with friends to their place and we like to play Heroes of Might and Magic V, but playing the same map is getting a bit boring (even on Heroic difficulty, the opponents aren't very strong – we already remember each of their moves and know for sure whether they will attack or not). So here’s my request: Please make a map in the shape of a "cross" (on land, this would be 4 islands of equal size, and one in the center with an entrance to the Dungeon. In the Dungeon, it should be the opposite: One large cross-shaped continent with sea in all four corners. I think this will be difficult because I have already tried to create it in the map editor. After all the struggles, it told me that it won't open it anymore). It should be for 4v4 battles. I would be very grateful.
Is there a map based on "A Song of Ice and Fire"??? :smile13:
That's all well and good, but that's not exactly the point. I'd like to fight the AI on Multiplayer-style maps with this kind of design) Well, I understand that not everyone likes the strictness of such maps and, essentially, the impossibility of deviating from a chosen path limited by roads and walls, with nothing but checkpoints ahead. There's no room to roam, as there is minimal natural landscape and little open space—just walls and checkpoints... but I like this design because I love feeling safe. Building up an army through a second city, then placing garrisons with large armies, constantly sending troops out from under it to cause mischief, etc.

Please create a map for 3 players.
Requests:
1) Free choice of Factions
2) 3 cities
+1 city with quite strong guards, somewhere in the center. The city should be separated from everyone by a natural barrier (forest, mountains), and scripted portals should lead to the city (so that each of the three players has such a portal on their territory with guards; this portal should lead to the same area as the castle, BUT only the player whose territory the portal originates from can return through it).
3) Plenty of artifacts so you don't have to search for them, BUT they should be protected by quite tough monsters.
4) Where the neutral castle is, there should be 3 gold mines (with guards), a Dragon Utopia and lots of other goodies (with guards, of course).
5) A fairly balanced map; the game will be played online.
If you manage to implement my idea, I would be very grateful.
Maybe create a poll in the thread about which race people most want to play as? At least that question. There are so many maps, but few mapmakers and they have little time. So they could at least judge by the majority which direction to lean the map design...
Greetings to you all.) First of all, I want to thank you for the site) Very good site!!! Many great maps, excellent plots, easy free and fast downloads..)) If possible, please make a very large map with sea and ships.. With lots of neutral monsters.. Because I pass Heroic level with ease.. I'd like something more difficult..)) And also.. So that mines and resources are guarded by numerous monsters, but at the same time, there are plenty of them (mines, resources).. (since I am not a cheater, and I would like a challenging game, but one that is possible to complete on your own) I imagine it like this: Three huge shores.. Two castles on each.. And mines with abundant resources and monsters..))
Thanks in advance..))
I'll check back every day and wait for an answer!!)
Hi everyone! I would really like to play a story Campaign as orcs. I'd like it to consist of five maps: the first small, second medium, third large, fourth very large, fifth very large. Preferably, the hero should gain experience from level to level, just like in official campaigns. For example, in the first mission the development limit is level 6, second - 12, third - 20, fourth - 25, fifth - no limit

Here is the map.

So, what about the map?)))
Good evening, or even night..
I would like a map: size-large, players-3>3, with Dungeon, sea and if possible several good and bad scripts (for example, two sawmills are standing next to each other—you capture one, everything is fine, then you capture the second one and it breaks or explodes and kills some people from the hero's army, etc.)
Maybe someone will read this and one of the ideas will appeal to them.
So: 1. A scenario for the demons. The plot is banal, but with proper execution, it should turn out to be a good map. Plot: This tells the story of the remaining demons after the defeat of Biara. We must liberate the demons who are fighting against the empire's troops and eventually find a portal to Sheo.
2. A scenario for the mages. Plot: We all know that the necromancer state of Eresh was destroyed, and Belket's students went into exile, some continuing to fight unsuccessfully. The scenario takes place 50 years after these events. We are given the task of destroying the desert orcs (or someone else). Soon we meet a leader who turns out to be a necromancer. Further on, we learn more about the necromancers and their plans, and all the clues will lead to the sea, to an island with a dormant volcano, which we must destroy along with one of Belket's students.
3. A scenario for the orcs, of which there are very few now. The plot is similar to the cut mission about the orcs, where they told us how they appeared. Here, it's the same, only we are the ones creating the orcs. But how? By killing demon squads, we get their blood. We recruit human squads (criminals) and create orcs (swordsmen - orcish warriors, griffins - wyverns).
That's all. I hope someone will be inspired by this.
