And, by the way, since I couldn't find the strength to finish "that very" story about Kvasik, here's a brief plot: barbarians from another country successfully captured a scientist from a laboratory developing a new generation of neutron weapons. Then, they failed to reach an agreement with the country's president and detonated a super bomb, which triggered a chain reaction and turned a large, most populated part of the state into uninhabitable ruins. The rest was finished by peaceful neighbors and anarchy. Ta-da.
I wanted to smoothly lead up to this while Actea slowly decayed, then I changed my mind, then I wanted to again, but it just didn't work out.

I had two plans for the Stilemen:
1) If a war started in a neighboring country (ideally in Arcon), the proud Stilemen warriors would cross the border and cause chaos, revelry, and mayhem in the territory of the helpless neighbor, with random shootings and burning houses for fun. Of course, this is just a wild fantasy.
2) A more likely option is to simply change the political course, as many have already done. The country would turn into a militarized dictatorship with the revival of old traditions and the strengthening of the role of religion.
