After the intensified clan building on our portal, some negative aspects of these actions became apparent. We started arguing with each other, quarreling, and getting offended. Clan affiliation is replacing personal friendship. Therefore, I propose creating an extra-clan, informal association based on the principles of honor and friendship.
The Manifesto of the Heroic International
1 - The Heroic International (HI) is an extra-clan association of portal users.
2 - HI is an unofficial association that does not aim to create another clan.
3 - HI is not built on a clan, racial, or any other differentiating basis, but exclusively on the principle of personal friendship and mutual respect.
4 - The main goal of HI is to maintain good relations between all users and resolve any conflicts between them.
5 - To join HI, you do not need to leave your clan, you do not need to renounce its charter, slogans, and so on. All that is needed is a conscious decision from any user.
6 - The only condition for HI members is honesty towards each other, mutual respect, and a desire to resolve all issues peacefully.
7 - If HI members play against each other, fulfilling their obligations to the clan, they should not turn the duel into a battle, but treat it as a friendly game.
8 - All those who join HI and sign this manifesto undertake additional moral and ethical obligations, expressed in tolerance and respect for everyone, even those not in HI.
9 - As punitive sanctions, HI uses the Wall of Shame, where users will be placed for violating the portal rules, with an indication of the reason.
10 - If a user constantly ignores notifications from HI (on the Wall of Shame), HI has the right to contact the coordinator or Creator with a request to apply sanctions to that user.
11 - The manifesto will be supplemented as proposals from HI members are received.

In my opinion, this manifesto is a kind of voice of reason in our forum... PEOPLE... PLAYERS... think again... we are all one team... and let's never forget that....
In principle, the idea of Clans is to unite the forum. It's a pity that not everyone perceives Clans correctly; some use them to isolate themselves and communicate more closely with their acquaintances. However, Clans have many more positive functions. One of them is to identify leaders, leaders in the game, not in idle talk, and to get an approximate assessment of the players' strengths and preferences. In the future, Clans should become a source of strong players who can jointly defend the honor of the forum. To implement such useful functions, a League of Laws is needed, in my understanding. The goals of the Guild, as I understand it, are limited to a moral and ethical focus. I think Alexei is right; we shouldn't invent norms and laws here; we shouldn't tie honor to rules. In the case of proven inappropriate behavior by a Guild member, I suggest simply placing their nickname in the Hall of Shame. I support the Guild
I'm actually new here and don't understand anything about the Clans and their conflicts. But I've always been kind and fair, and therefore, I'm for PEACE!
YES, I think we could come up with a "HALL OF SHAME" or something similar.
Looking at it, EVERYONE will lose the desire to end up there! :):):):):):):)
Как много в жизни есть путей Для добродетелей и мира.
I think this is an idea to bring us all back to the right path... When we were all united, we were one... We "rooted" for each other and rejoiced in the victories of "forum members."
Now we have divided into Clans... I don't know, but I think many are already disappointed in this idea.
But, we are all people of our word, and we try to defend the "clan's" righteousness....
In my opinion, this manifesto is a kind of call for peace in our forum.... PEOPLE... PLAYERS... come to your senses... we are all one team... and let's never forget that....
Everything else is trivial and insignificant...
Think about it - what is more important to you - clan intrigues or a good game.....
I think that most players will support this manifesto, and I hope that this manifesto will become a point of interaction and reconciliation of all emerging disagreements and global contradictions...
I never shared the optimism of many regarding Clans. I have long been closer to the Wanderer's idea of uniting under a single banner to compete with other Heroes-related resources.
For this to happen, Clans need to participate in common tournaments, and not create their own clan championships!
Unfortunately, there were already too many reasons for infighting.
It's hard not to support such a good initiative. I'm definitely in favor. But are the goals clear, and are the means appropriate? Universal condemnation as a blow to reputation??? A hall of shame??? But what's the point? The flood of irrelevant posts is still there, and so is the off-topic chatter.
The idea of a Hall of Shame seems to me to be the most optimal. The Guild Influence (GI) is really only a limiting factor in a moral and ethical sense. And therefore, the punishment for violations should be public censure, but in a way that everyone knows about it.
I am addressing all moderators. Could you create a "hall of shame" where all offenders will be listed? And place this hall in a prominent location. Maybe this will reduce the amount of swearing.
And also, now to everyone, to coordinate the actions of the GIs (so that they at least begin), it may be necessary to create something like an executive committee. I suggest including the most responsible moderators in it, so that they, while filtering out spam, flame, etc., can immediately add such a person to the hall of shame.
I agree with this request... However, the "Hall of Shame" should, in my opinion, be TEMPORARY, meaning that if a person improves their behavior, they can be removed from it... And it should be used not for flooding or other minor offenses, but specifically for rude and aggressive behavior towards other users... Simply for flooding and bad posts, the reputation is already lowered... IMO, that's enough!
Если тебе не везёт в жизни, - играй в какую-нибудь другую игру:rolleyes: Лидер клана "Из многих единое" Приключения – это сплошные неприятности, только про них почему-то потом интересно вспоминать...
I suggest that all members of the Guild include a link to this manifesto in their signature. This way, we can spread its message to a wider audience.
For the executive committee of the Guild, I propose electing ***JOKER***, VDV_forever, and natasha.
