After the intensified clan building on our portal, some negative aspects of these actions became apparent. We started arguing with each other, quarreling, and getting offended. Clan affiliation is replacing personal friendship. Therefore, I propose creating an extra-clan, informal association based on the principles of honor and friendship.
The Manifesto of the Heroic International
1 - The Heroic International (HI) is an extra-clan association of portal users.
2 - HI is an unofficial association that does not aim to create another clan.
3 - HI is not built on a clan, racial, or any other differentiating basis, but exclusively on the principle of personal friendship and mutual respect.
4 - The main goal of HI is to maintain good relations between all users and resolve any conflicts between them.
5 - To join HI, you do not need to leave your clan, you do not need to renounce its charter, slogans, and so on. All that is needed is a conscious decision from any user.
6 - The only condition for HI members is honesty towards each other, mutual respect, and a desire to resolve all issues peacefully.
7 - If HI members play against each other, fulfilling their obligations to the clan, they should not turn the duel into a battle, but treat it as a friendly game.
8 - All those who join HI and sign this manifesto undertake additional moral and ethical obligations, expressed in tolerance and respect for everyone, even those not in HI.
9 - As punitive sanctions, HI uses the Wall of Shame, where users will be placed for violating the portal rules, with an indication of the reason.
10 - If a user constantly ignores notifications from HI (on the Wall of Shame), HI has the right to contact the coordinator or Creator with a request to apply sanctions to that user.
11 - The manifesto will be supplemented as proposals from HI members are received.

I don't understand what this is and what it's for. I've read the manifesto three times, and I still don't understand anything (IQ level - over 140). Maybe someone can explain it?
I will not endorse this document.
I agree with Qwerty! I don't understand the purpose. We don't really argue much in our communication. The fact that there are minor disputes, sarcasm, and dark humor is normal. If there are inappropriate statements, the participants in the topic usually "put the author in their place," and admins exist for extreme cases. And battles exist so that there can be a "fight with fire in our eyes..." until the very end. Otherwise, it will only be a short-lived topic. Just noise in the air... :)
I am strongly against creating any governing bodies within the Heroes community. Moreover, there is no need to elect me to such a position. And, in general, after all those insults I received once again from VDV forever... The last thing I can do is directly address the admin, which I will do in the coming days.
I don't understand what this is or why it exists. I've read the manifesto three times, and I still don't get it (IQ level - over 140). Maybe someone can explain? I do not sign this document.
Well of course, I PERSONALLY WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU A DISAPPROVAL if you had signed this manifesto!
You have different laws and rules, which you expressed to US in the "TIGER CUB MANIFESTO" thread. And THEY MORE THAN CONTRADICT THESE LINES OF THOUGHT provided in this thread, WHICH PEOPLE ARE SIGNING! ...maybe that's why you don't understand...:(
Respectfully, Prorock.

Aren’t we getting along? I wish that were true. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. If there weren’t conflicts on the forum, I wouldn’t have started this topic. The main idea of the manifesto is that people should be responsible for their behavior. If a person causes conflict, they should be condemned by everyone else. Otherwise, inciting hatred will become a trend and a way to attract attention to the forum.
A suggestion for all members of the Guild: Use the "disapprove" button only if a message violates the portal's rules or offends any of the users. Do not use the "disapprove" button if you simply disagree with the opinion of the author of a message. And I ask everyone to share their suggestions regarding the organization or other aspects of the Guild.

I agree, but AlexeyPank;42414
Use the "disapprove" button... if a message... offends any of the users.
this can be interpreted ambiguously, and again, unnecessary disapprovals will find justification.

I agree in principle! But there are rules that are difficult not to violate. For example, I post some file that is subject to copyright. And then what? Or, not providing a link to the original source and author – that is, stealing, or providing a link that some moderators delete. It would be one thing if the post was deleted, but they do it like this! They set you up!!! Therefore, disapproving posts for posting files, maps, patches, etc. that are useful to people is completely wrong! But I have long tried to state in my posts what I disagree with. And I don't rate anything negatively, except for flame and off-topic posts!
I personally believe that dealing with off-topic discussions is the responsibility of the moderators. However, negative flaming should definitely be penalized. If we all collectively show the person who is inciting hatred that we are against it, they might reconsider their position in order not to be isolated.
