I am addressing all moderators. Could you create a "hall of shame" where all offenders will be listed? And place this hall in a prominent location. Maybe this will reduce the amount of swearing. And also, now to everyone, to coordinate the actions of the GIs (so that they at least begin), it may be necessary to create something like an executive committee. I suggest including the most responsible moderators in it, so that they, while filtering out spam, flame, etc., can immediately add such a person to the hall of shame.
