Well, if you look at how many different defenses the city has, we'll have many nights without any casualties... so 3 Necromancers is fine.

Natural immunities:
Madness doesn't affect Fritjof.
Cannot be killed by Cold (Flavius).
Madness doesn't affect Stigyor.
Cannot be killed by Hunger (Ralfyor).
The Mafia will have to try very hard to get that specific killer into that specific role. They might "guess" once or twice. But considering there are only 9 town roles, by the middle of the game, the Mafia will have revealed a significant number of roles (if the players are good and not lazy, and the newspapers are at least moderately informative).
So, in my personal opinion, the Mafia doesn't need three night actions. Especially since their support actions are quite effective and capable of significantly increasing the Mafia's chances of winning. And since I'm generally on the town's side, unfortunately, I'm against this initiative.

Or, of course, we could just eliminate these natural immunities altogether. Personally, I think that's better than giving almost the entire Mafia team the opportunity to terrorize the town at night.
